Booked this hotel on recommendation of Nicaraguan friend. Location is almost an hour away from the ferry dock, but is located on the nicest beach area in Ometepe. Pretty good service.....friendly staff.....nice setting....what wow-ed us was how fast they got the electric back on after the power outages...the lights go out and then you hear 5 or 6 guys running around the grounds in the dark w/ flashlights and a few minutes later the generator is going! we stayed in a cabina....it was decent...kinda felt like they got... more

We choose this hotel cause it was rated #1 at the time and looked like the right choice for us. When we arrived the hotel had someone at the pier to great us and take us to the hotel. It was actually a very nice large truck. The hotel was further than I had thought but we enjoyed the drive... more

This hotel did not meet my standards. At 53 bucks a night for a single room, I was disappointed when my room turndes out to be located at the back of the bar where the noise from the tv kept me up at night and waked me up in the morning. The ac was so loud I didn't used it.... more
