The staff were excellent, friendly welcoming and happy to sit and have a chat, we learnt a lot about Morocco and it's culture. The room was nicely set up and comfortable. The showers and toilet are clean although a but musty. The terrace area is beautiful and a really nice place to chill, The breakfast is one of the best... More

This is an ideal hotel to stay in Zagora and a good place to organise your trips into the desert. I had a great time here and my trip planned from here was perfect in every way including price. I was travelling alone and they hooked me up with tow other travelers for a 5 day trek with camels through... More

I have rated this hotel as very good , but in truth ,compared to many cheap hotels i Morocco it is better than the rating suggests . The room we stayed in had a working hot shower and toilet en suite , although some cheaper rooms bid have to share toilet and shower facilities ( which where also nice and... More

We had an amazing time travelling with Karim Sahara from Marrakech to Chegaga in November 2014. It was all super well organized from the 4x4 driver to the 2 nights in the desert including the accommodation in luxurious tents, and great food, we were treated as princesses! Everything was perfectly organized. We just wished we could have stayed longer in... More

The relaxed and friendly atmosphere created by the owner/s is brilliant, tea on the roof and breakfast under the morning sun is a fine way to enjoy a chilled morning in Zagora. The food is amazing here too with fresh delights cooked to order, I recommend the meatball tagine. Unfortunately, like a lot of hostels and guesthouses, the beds were... More

A travel buddy and me arrived at Karim Sahara just the day before New Year's Eve. We both shared the spontanous idea to celebrate this occasion somewhere in the desert and I had chosen Karim Sahara to serve as my "base camp". As already indicated, Karim Sahara does pretty much look like a shack from the outside. The rooms inside... More

We went to Zagora at the end of October 2014 and stayed there in Karim Sahara Hotel. First of all, I would say that the staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. Thank you so much Hamid and Samir for the awesome days! :) The place has a nice terrace and although from the outside it looks a bit old, it... More

I stayed at Karim Sahara's place in early October 2014, when travelling around Morocco. From the outside, the place won't look like much, but inside it's amazing, and has everything you expect, nice cosy rooms with fans or AC, showers (being in the desert it is great there is water all the time, but do your best to save it!)... We arrived in Zagora in 50degree temperatures so found the office and were welcomed with mint tea and orange juice. We were given a room with air conditioning and shower to use until 7pm for that is when you go to the desert to camp. We went to the desert before sunset, with Samir, who was very friendly and of...
