We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed this traditional hotel with buffet dinners on the terrace. The rooms and their immediate surroundings do lack charm and are slightly shabby, but they were clean. Spent 10 days in Marocco and this was the worst hotel we stayed at. The place is dirty (even cats walking all over the breakfast tables, feeding from leftovers), the facilities are in dismal conditions, personnel unmotivated. Stayed here for part of Christmas 2008 but had to move to an Agadir hotel because the so called Palais was so cold and uncomfortable. Rates are very high at that time and we could not afford a room in the newer area, Not recommended for winter travel. more
