The hotel looked fantastic on the internet, but in reality it was a big hotel located outside Ourzazate and in reality it was not as fantastic as anticipated. The pool area was kept very clean but the rooms were not that perfect and the shower didn't function satisfactorily. The staff was not overwhelmingly kind, rather a bit suspicious. We stayed... more
