It was not in my plan, but I ended up spending four nights at Le Petit Prince. It is a great place to relax after the long journey from Marrakech. The en-suit room is basic, but clean and with WiFi. The breakfast and dinner were good. Hassan, the boss was most friendly and helpful and so were the staff. The... More

Just walk out of your room and you can walk on the sand dunes!! Very relaxed atmosphere, all the stuff, the owner and their lovely dog Eggi are very friendly and easy-going. Room was clean, shower and wifi all working alright. The breakfast and food was excellent, you can even cook your own in their kitchen. If you go during... More

Staff: Very nice, very friendly, if you need something then just ask. Understand/Speak several languages (French, English, Deutsch, ...) They explain the tours to the sanddunes with overnight stay and offer it in a nice way while drinking tea. Very positive after some unpleasant experiences in Morocco: They are do not press/push you to sign up on a tour. I... More

Dont be put off by the fact you have to book direct with The Petit Prince, instead of using a booking site on the web! The hotel is on the edge of the desert and you can stroll up to the dunes from your room! All the staff were extemely helpful and friendly. The desert trips they organise are excellent.... More

If you decide to visit the desert through merzouga, le petit prince is the perfect option. Friendly, trustworthy and a real conneseur of the Berber life, Mustafa (the owner) made sure to collect us safe when we arrived, gave us the most propriate rooms for our company and gave us astonishing tours with both camels and 4x4 that most wont... The hotel is loceted by the desert, and offers trips to the desert with camels and sleep overs at a desert camp. Mustafa, the owner, was very attentive and helpful and made our stay unforgetable. He made sure we where comfortable and accompanied us throughout our visit, we felt like visiting a friend. We stayed two nights at the hotel... More

This place was such a good find! After a tough all-day bus-ride from Marrakech, Zaid was waiting at the bus stop to show us to Le Petit Prince, a short walk away and right on the edge of the dunes. A lovely Moroccan meal was waiting for us on arrival (arrange this ahead), and Zaid took the time to sit... More

It was the fourth day of our trip in Marocco when we came to this place. We didn't stay in the hotel, just went for a camel trecking in the desert. The staff was cool and friendly, especially Ali - the guy who lead us to the desert - we couldn't stop laughing. The dinner in the desert also was... More

My friend and I decided to do a camel trek in Erg Chebbi for two nights and stay at the auberge one night after the trek -- all if which were managed by the folks at Le Petit Prince. Like most of reviews, I appreciate it when businesses timely respond to my email inquiries. Le Petit Prince is no different.... More

the hospitality warmed our hearts!!!! We could even make our own tajine in the kitchen, and got really nice tips to make it even better. The whole family that runs the hotel takes really good care of you.
