The hotel has an amazing view. It's not as luxurious because the same area and country are not like that, but we really felt welcomed, the staff are friendly and helpful, we had good interesting conversations. It also has a pool that is paradise with the heat of the dessert. The architecture is very local. I recommend it 100%

We had such a great time here in Ksar Bicha. Ali is so proud of his place and was so warm and friendly. The rooms were excellent and we loved our camel/desert experience and the care of Mohammed and the other guys in the desert made it all the more special. Definitely a must in any Moroccan Tour and wifi... More

Driving from Fes to Merzouga, we felt like we were leaving all civilisation behind and were really surprised when we arrived at Ksar Bicha. THe room was lovely with really good aircon, hot shower and comfy bed. We were treated to a five course candle lit dinner around the pool and a delicious, varied breakfast buffet. The pool is a... Friendly reception, clean and large comfortable room, good local food, excellent swimming pool and good location. Camel ride to camp in sand Shara departs from here. All these make for a good stay: no frills but fine.

Really enjoyed our time here. Stunning location, right on the edge of the dunes. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. One of our kids had a birthday when we were here and they made a cake and put on a great drumming display for him! They also helped organise a guide to take us to local fossil sites, which was... The ksar is right at the edge of the dunes -- it feels like the frontier of civilization. We were received with gracious hospitality with mint tea and cookies to fortify us before boarding our camels for a two hour ride into the dunes to our bivouac in the desert. We were ably led by Mohammed and his colleague from... More

Excursions booked via this hotel were very good, both the cameltour (camping) & the 4x4 excursion. Rooms were good. Food: was good but not a la carte (but if you have an allergy like myself which I told them on their arrival they were not difficult and took it into account as much as possible). Service: Maroccan like, which means... More

Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, food is nice! We slept 1 night in the desert and left our big bags in the hotel. We also did a tour by 4x4, which was great as well! The pool was good to cool down.

Probably best hotel in Merzouga. Not western standard but pretty clean and comfortable given the location. Food is included and not a la carte (what they serve is all they have for the day) but excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean and aircon. Pool is nice. The quality of sleep is incredible. Being at the outskirts of the oasis, in front... More
