We loved our stay in Ksar Bicha. We spent one night in the bivouac in the desert after a two hour camelride. The tents have real beds and the facilities are good. Too bad for the rain that spoilt the starry night! The next day we just spent a lazy day at the great pool with view at the sanddunes.... More

One night in the hotel, one night in the desert nearby (Erg Chebbi). Plus a shower next morning after the dromedary dropped you. A really nice place with friendly staff at the south-eastern tip of Morocco. The berber tent site in the desert, right below the high dune, lacks mobile connection (which is great), but offers energy saving bulbs powered... More

Trip to desert on dromedaires was perfectly organized - the tent camp was located in a very remote part of the sand dunes, no other camps around so very calm an allowing you to have a real romantic desert experience. Hotel pool and rooms are very nice; staff however giving you the impression they do not really like to work.

We were traveling as a group of three friends and a had a stay at this place included in our private tour. This place is popular and rightfully so. It serves as a staging point for desert adventures. My first introductons got off to a bumpy start, me being a bit cranky and dehydrated from a desert day trip but... More

Truly an oasis. What a beautiful pool and cabana area. The staff was very accommodating. We did our camel trek from here into the dunes, and I would highly recommend it. Excellent guides and nicer tent, meal etc (toilets with running water!) than I expected.

We don't book it in advance, just drive our car to meet it occasionally! The boss showed us the room, very comfortable!just face the dune, and the boss suggest us to experience a night in the desert(we are not sure that before)!we accept his suggestion! Good camp, good service, good dinner and breakfast, good location, good sunset, good sunrise!camp has toilet&socket, out of my expectation! I don't know how... More

The Ksar Bicha hotel is absolutely beautiful. Spacious, serene, delightful decor, in a spectacular setting and at this time of year with spectacular views to the Merzouga Sand Dunes, you can even enjoy the sunrise up the dunes from your room, Nothing was too much trouble for the staff there, many of whom we learned their names. It would be... More

We were blown away by the hospitality shown and attention given by the hosts throughout Morocco. Even so, Ksar Bicha was something special - Ali and the staff are the best! Sadly, there weren't many other guests when we were there, but it would surely have a great atmosphere to it during peak season.

Ali is an outstanding host and his ksar is great. It is very clean and comfortable. The rooms were large. It wasn't quite warm enough for us to swim, but looked inviting. We were 2 families traveling together and we each had our own 4x4. Ali took us out on a dune tour. As we were traveling with small children,... More

I'm not surprised this is ranked #1 place to stay in Merzouga at all. Ali was a wonderful host from start to finish and gave us so many options for tour packages. The best part about this is, we went as a family with small children, frightened half the time that the kids would be unhappy or uncomfortable, but that... More
