This was a great choice of hotel. The interior and exterior are lovely. The staff are very helpful and over all it was a fantastic experience. We did an overnight camp in the desert with Mubarak which was a great experience and the best tagine of the trip.

A last minute stop (not pre arranged due to illness). Staff very helpful. Accommodation and food good. Bear in mind where you are here and this is a lovely place. Oh, and the back garden; it's the desert! Camels and dunes 50 yards away.

What a great stay we had. Thoroughly enjoyed it. We arrived in the middle of a huge sand storm on day 1 but was still able to easily find the hotel despite the near zeo visibility when driving in. We were served mint tea on arrival and used the afternoon indoors to use the good wifi to catch up on... More

We truly enjoyed Merzouga - went there to see the dunes and camels and the hotel manager quickly set up the tours we wanted. However, this hotel is overpriced for the quality and the rooms were quite grungy. The evening meals were mediocre at best. Staff tried to make up for the drawbacks but didn't quite succeed. Pleasant enough but,... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. From the moment of our arrival, all of the Staff were very accomodating. We used the hotel as a base to stay and catch up with some internet business, and we did not even take advantage of many available activities. e.g. trekking around the dunes. IT was a beautiful setting, the place looks just... More

Location is fantastic, in the beautiful dunes, but unfortunately the quality of the place was low. Our room was simple, no care details, the bed was simply ok, but it was not clean. The shower hanger was broken. Dinner was ok, but nothing special. The dinning room was really cold, they only had a few heaters shared among the tables,... More

Excellent hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Very impressed with the dinner and breakfast meal deal. Would stay there again and wouldn't bother looking for anywhere else. Would certainly recommend this hotel, especially for families and also the facilities are brilliant for young and old alike.

Very helpful and friendly staff, super clean spacious room (with towels, extra pillows, free wifi...) nice dining area and brilliant location. The Hotel offers many excursions like going on a camel and see the sunset, it is incredible. Excellent value for money well done to the staff and management.

I recently visited Kanz Erremal with two friends from New York City. We had an amazing time and found the staff of Kanz Erremal to be friendly and accommodating every step of the way. Our experience was personal and unforgettable. From homemade breakfasts on the patio to camping in the Sahara with a campfire and private concert of Berber music,... More

We visited Kanz Erremal recently in a group of 12 friends. Absolutely loved the location. Our room was like something in a fairytale. The staff was very friendly, and our dinners were tasty and plentiful. The downsides were that we had no hot water for our showers on our side of the hotel. One couple couple on the same side...
