we stayed there this june and were happily suprised by the hotel and service . Very nice rooms and great food ( we had half board ) the best vegetarian tajine ! and the trip we took with a 4x4 into the desert was well organised and very interesting . Les Roches is close to the dunes and recommended !

Clean and big rooms, welcoming hosts and an unforgettable desert tour. Desert tour included a nights stay in the desert with dinner and breakfast, plus a room after returning. Just before we left, the owner was even kind to give us a big bottle of water for free! Worth the journey to Merzouga!

The place was very easy to find. We parked right inside . We were welcomed with moroccan tea and lunch. Courtyard in the middle with fountain is surrounded by rooms. The room was very cosy but we didn't mind shared bathroom and shower. We didn't miss AC as the walls are very thick with traditional clay finish. There was a... More

We stayed here in our motorhome in late March. The location is perfect, right on the edge of Erg Chebbie The auberge itself has a lovely shaded riad, ideal for relaxing and listening to the free nightly music. We went to listen and were offered delicious bowls of free soup! Free wifi, and free use of the washing machine for... More

Whether you are a backpacker, motorhome or simply a family on holiday this place will suit you at the best! Great and copious food. Dinner is salads and Kalia and breakfast is normally two crepes with 3-4 different jams (first time having a dates jam), yogurt, tea/coffee and fresh orange juice. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean both private and... More

We chose Auberge Les Roches based largely on the stellar Trip Advisor reviews - and they were right on! We were met late in the evening at our bus, escorted to Les Roches, offered complementary tea and soup, and shown to our spacious and very comfortable room. Throughout our four night stay (including the plush overnight camel trek where we... More

I recently spent a delightful New Years’ Eve at Les Roches. Situated at the base of the beautiful sands of Erg Chebbi it's a great location to go for a walk to enjoy the solitude of the desert. After a long drive that day it was such a pleasure to be greeted by Hassan. From the moment you step through... More

I've been here twice already and I've had two fantastic experiences, each experience has been unique and well worth what I paid. I recommend Auberge Les Roches for countless reasons but here are a few: 1. Hospitality: Staff members are one of the best parts of this experience. They tend to your needs in a very homey fashion and interactions... More

We stayed here for the best 3 nights on our Moroccan adventure. Hassan and Mohammed were the perfect hosts, very friendly and welcoming. The trip out to the desert on the camels and the overnight stay in the tent was an unforgettable experience!! The tagine they cooked for us in the desert was the best we had in 5 weeks... More
