You enter through a beautiful blue door into a verdant garden filled with white and red boganvillia. There is a fountain and terracotta pots amid the garden setting where the staff give you a mint tea welcome. The rooms are charming ,smallish but well appointed. The same with the bathroom. I was on the 3rd floor with amazing views of... More

This was a stunningly romantic hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean although we had a shower that didn't drain and leaked. Stayed in a two bed chalet which had its own living area. Really nicely decorated. Staff are amazingly good and food was the best we had in Morocco. Highly recommend!

Romantic hotel - a great location in the beautiful city of Chefchaouen. The grounds were beautiful, the house was interestingly decorated, the room was well appointed and came with a fridge. The pool looked nicely maintained, and we had a very good dinner in the garden of the hotel. What impressed us the most was the home made different types... More

The staff are mostly multilingual, friendly and helpful and resident Ginger cat is also a bit of a character. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the cottages which sleep 4 with roof terrace views are super. There is a pool and a Tent in the garden to relax in, lovely gardens as well as WIFI and nearby guarded parking .... More

This wonderful, romantic Morocco hotel sits below amazing cliffs of the 2 horns. Walking distance to town which has a blue and white theme. The service of the hotel was excellent, the staff 10/10 and were very funny. The breakfast was unfortunately the same every day. The décor of our room was very exotic. The call to prayer was very... Really liked this hotel! The grounds and landscaping are beautiful and you can't beat the scenic views from the hotel rooftop - mountains on one side and the famous "blue city" on the other. The hotel is a short walk into the Medina. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is very quiet, except for a few crowing roosters... More

A wonderful place to stay, peaceful and tranquil away for the noise of the Medina. Pros Great staff with wonderful sense of humor, very helpful with getting around and helping with the next leg of our journey Large grounds to relax by the pool or in the gardens Food was good although breakfast was a bit sparse - you could... Really liked this hotel! It was like a magical oasis.. you walk up some stairs and the hotel entrance is a big door which leads to a fairytale garden with fountains and lounges to relax in. Our room was gorgeous too, with a very pretty bathroom and coloured glass windows. Airconditioning worked great. Wi-Fi works best in the restaurant or... More

We stayed for over a week here and found it lovely and quiet. Room was huge as we had booked the suite which was excellent. Breakfast is lovely continental with fresh bread and pancakes.Lovely views and the pool is a must. Lovely walk to the medina about 10 min stroll through the blue streets!

During our 3 night stay in chefchauen we stayed in Dar Echaouen. We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located on the edge of the town above the medina, a 15 minute walk to the heart of the medina and Kasbah. We had a poolside room which was comfortable and clean, though not as private as the rooms upstairs (curtains... More
