The hotel is well located near the Medina. With a stylish lobby makes a good impression. The rooms are clean and the bathroom was in good order. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was OK. The reception was quick and efficient. The bags were quickly brought to the room.

Location is good, nice terrace in the back side of the hotel. Servers are not so happy. The accommodation has no value, needs more service improvements. The best you can do is to get your drink on your own before you take to the terrace and enjoy the landscapes.

I stayed here in at the end of March with some friends. The hotel is very well located, just off the main square and we found the hotel to be well managed, with good clean rooms and attention to detail. The hotel is unusual in this area in that it has a swimming pool with a great view across the... More

I will start with the good - the location of the hotel is excellent. The Medina starts literally on the opposite side of the square from the hotel entrance. They also have parking which I gather is not easily obtained at other hotels. Apart from that... it was pretty dire but then again you get what you pay for which... More

We spent Just one night at this hotel. We had particularly wanted to stay in chefchaouen and weren't disappointed with the city. The hotel was centrally located and had great parking. The hotel was quite quaintly done and our room was fine. However the bed was probably the hardest one I have ever slept on, so much that we checked... More

We have been travelling in Morocco for two weeks, and this hotel was, without a doubt, the worst hotel we stayed in. The staff were not friendly nor very helpful in general. The food in the restaurant was extremely overpriced and very basic. Weak, if any, wifi signal available. The view is great; the location is great; but the hotel... More

Pros: - Excellent view. - One of the few places in Chefchaouen where you can buy alcohol. Cons: - Constant construction work: hammering can be heard from everywhere in the hotel all day (and up to 11pm at night). - Smoking is allowed inside and the lobby smells of cigarette smoke. - Restaurant is overpriced and the food is mediocre.... I don't understand why so many people have been complaining about this hotel. The staff was friendly, rooms were nice, bright and clean, location is perfect, parking attendants extremely nice and helpful and the pool with the spectacular view is just fantastic. Would definitley come back and recommend! Food there a little overpriced, you better explore the countless cafés and... More

Well I guess most of the residents were excited about the location and the swimming pool these 2 pointscseems to me the greatest things in this hotel. Otherwise everything was standard and functional except that there was no phone to call the reception and the second thing is the Wifi coverage zone is poorer if the room is a little... More
