The hotel is catastrophic. We came to see it, the staff was unfriendly. I asked if I can go with my daughter to the toilet, they refused telling me that the toilets are only for hotel guests. What kind of staff is this? I didn't want anymore to go neither inside nor stay there.

This hotel is not worth if even a glance at it. They treated us like beggars. I pregnant woman with my daughter asked to go to the toilet. They refused to let me in. I asked the valet then I went into the reception asking politely if I may use their toilet. They said that it's only for hotel guests.... More

The hotel is well directed with little signs throughout chefchaoen, thats a bonus. The hotel is decent, clean rooms and beds, shower in the room. Perfect view on the city from the rooftop terrace. In general chefchaoen is a bit too touristy for my taste. I arrived and at 4.30 pm no food was available on the rooftop terrace, nor... More

We stayed one night at Hotel Parador at the beginning of 3 weeks in Morocco and as part of a 4 day group tour through Northern Morocco. Yes - the rooms are small as well as the bathrooms. The staff are not gushing with friendliness, but were not rude. The location was great - high up in the town on... More

Very happy with my stay at the Parador, the hotel is situated in a great location ideal for the restaurants and shopping .Directly opposite the intriguing winding blue alleyways. The view from the back of the hotel is amazing. The swimming pool was clean and inviting. The room was extremely clean, spacious and had all amenities dressing gowns, kettle etc. Breakfast... More

We did not stay in the hotel but dropped in for a couple of drinks. Alchohol is not available at many cases and restaraunts in the town but the hotel has a small bar and you can enjoy a view to the mountains or sit near the pool. Nice cold beer and air con on a hot day.

The only good thing about this Hotel is the location and that they have free parking. We originally were going to stay for two nights but the place was awful, so we cut our stay short and stayed for one. The beds were hard, the bathroom was manky. The hotel staff were rude. They claimed to have a pool, but... More

Me & my wife stayed here for one night, the room size was too small, the bed was hard, the location is great, unfortunately we did not eat at the hotel so we don't know how the food was, the cleanliness of the hotel is great , though the lobby has smoking smell since it's perfectly allowed to smoke there....
