Casa Hassan is a delightful Riad in the heart of magical Chefchaouen. The team that look after you are diligent, friendly and helpful. Karima looks after the reception and she will always do as much as she can to make life easy for those passing though. The rooms are incredible. Not all are the same though. Some elegant and comfortable... More

unique experience, hotel is two houses joined, 28 rooms of various sizes, terraces good view of the city, many shops within walking distance, if you are the least bit unsteady on your feet, use a walking stick because there is much up and down. wake up call is a knock on the door, no traffic noises (not vehicle accesible) so... Casa Hassan is a hotel in a traditional Moroccan house - courtyards with rooms around them. The room key was on a large wrought iron key ring which opened the door from outside and also locked the door from inside. Interior decoration were very artistic and cool. One could imagine folks in the 60s smoking and getting happy in these... More

Had a huge room with an awesome Moroccan style bathroom and the warmest and comfiest duvets ever. Lovely breakfast in the downstairs area with newly baked bread and all the condiments and fresh pomegranates. Great location in the central part of the Medina. We tried out the hotel's hamam, , total relaxation (despite a significant language barrier, that led to... More

The hotel is in a great location if not the best in Chefchaouen. The interior design is out of this world. It is an old hotel so be prepared for unusual room arrangements, bathrooms and etc. We did have some problems with the old electrical switches blowing and the shower hose breaking, but the management was very prompt with repairs.... Me and one of my friends booked a room in this hotel " Casa Hassan " which i don't know if it's a hotel, Restaurant or a cafe, they have accepted our reservation, and we were so happy being there. Once we get there they give our room to some other people who has bribed them, and they send you... More

Cool little place. Nice public lobby area. A bit tattered and seedy, but charming. The room looked ok, but that was when it was light. Quite dark inside. Glad I had a flashlight. The bathroom was also old and tired. Flush mechanism missing on toilet. Shower did not drain well. Location was great. People friendly. Dinner was included. Our introduction... More

We did not stay here, but we were recommended to go use the Hammam service. We booked ahead. It was 45-50 min, and it was our first time doing Hammam and we both loved it! What to expect: You can only book one person at a time. A man will work on a man and a woman on a woman.... More

This is two old combined private homes serving as a guesthouse. The rooms are charming with some of the original cornices and period furniture. AC is modern and works well for heat or AC. Breakfast in the morning is good but somewhat limited. Scrambled eggs, sometimes yogurt, flat pancakes, bread etc. They had a good selection of fruit. The people... More

Four of us spent 2 delightful days in Chefchaouen, based in the Casa Hassan Riad. The riad is well situated in the medina, with pleasant, comfortable bedrooms off rambling, traditionally decorated corridors and landings. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are welcoming and efficient. Breakfast is deliciously Moroccan and can be taken in the inviting dining or reception rooms,... More
