We left as soon as we saw the rooms. Very small rooms with old furniture. It was uncomfortable. The only advantage is the location which is very close to the medina. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a family.

This a very nice, small hotel right outside the Chefchaouen medina. We were on the second floor and overlooked the street and one of the entrances to the medina. The room was comforatble, about what you would expect for the price and location. Nothing fancy, but then again, who wants to stay in their room when you have a beautiful... More

I just loved this place. Great staff and service in a hotel that oozes character. The breakfast buffet was superb - the best I've come across in Morocco. In fact it would be difficult to beat anywhere! Rooms and en suites clean and fully working with plenty of hot water. Decor, traditional Moroccan in the public areas, Barbie dolls caravan... More

Bizarrely the room had two single four poster beds in it with full swags and lace. This didn't leave much room for moving but as it's quite cold in chefchaouen in march there qere plenty of blankets. Breakfast was a trad buffet of bread pastries cakes olives dairylea (!) Cucumber mint tea and coffee. There was a large screen tv... More

Hotel Madrid is very well located ,less than 5 min walk from the main square. The staff is amazing! Everyone was always super nice and helpful. The room was almost too colorful, yet comfortable. Heating and hot water worked perfectly.

Of all the places we stayed in Morocco this trip this would be OTT , Over the top! From the public areas to the rooms, this hotel has been accessorised and decorated with all the eclectic and Morrocan themes possible. It works and the lovely staff with welcoming tea and biscuits only add to the ambience. Rooms are small, but... More

This was a great find. Covered parking next door with watchman. Beautiful old hotel. Nice rooms. Very clean. Wonderful breakfast. Ideal place to stay in Chefchaouen. Staff is friendly and helpful. They showed us several rooms and allowed us to pick which one we wanted. Everything is within walking distance in this small city.

I booked this hotel as I failed to reserve a room at the other hotels listed in my guide book. One of the most expensive one I stayed during my one month travel in Morocco. (24 Euros for single) But it was not so good as expected from the price. The room was pretty and clean as mentioned in other... More

Such a feminine hotel, with pink bed sheets, and lace. Its just located 10mins walk from entrance of medina. Chefchaouene is such a lovely place. The blue and white houses in medina just remind you of santorini in greece. You can walk up to the view point on top of the hill and the view is just magnificent.

This is a good budget hotel. The main room down stairs is well decorate and we had the best breakfast of our trip. The bedroom looks good, and was clean, but as with most of the hotels in this price range the tiling isn't fantastic. Good location short walk to main square.
