Only visit for the view. Do not stay in it even for one night. It is very unclean. Me and 43 other school mates stayed for one night and we wish we didn't. It was horrible, we didn't sleep in our beds and instead slept in the lobby. It was cold and unclean. so no, don't stay even for one... More

Lovely place to spend a few hours admiring the view over the city. Didn't stay in the hotel but visited a few times during our stay. The restaurant, although with lovely staff, had very sub-standard good. Everything was overcooked and the best dish was our orange salad, which was just orange with cinnamon sprinkled on top. So avoid the restaurant... More

This hotel is both very good and very bad. The hotel has a brilliant location and the views from it are amazing. The taxi up the hill to the htoel from the town centre was only 15 dirhams - under €1.50. The staff are very friendly and do all they can to help. The food is well prepared and generous.... More

We spent two nights in this lovely hotel. The view from the bedrooms is simply breathtaking. The restaurant and reception hall are also very well designed giving you the impression of floating above the city. The staff is very friendly and always responding with a smile. The young manager is energetic and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Not Bad but no Heater and Hot Water was not working. There are better places to stay in Chefcaouen Very well located and not far from centre town as a very good view. Staff are nice . Recomended for 1 day night

First of all. Forget the pictures :) I stayed in the room with the Mountain View. The room is very small and old and very poor. Breakfast is "VERY" limited. Internet connection is only possible at the lobby. The hotel is generally dark and carpets are not clean and it has some smell. It is perfect for those who are... More

Luckily our group from Estepona only had to stay one night in this awful hotel. It is badly run down and neglected. Its only redeeming point are the views. However it is too far from the village centre and we had to have a taxi. The dinner was diabolical. One piece of dried up chicken. And NO white wine in... More

The site on the heights above the city would be something really superb if the Spanish had it to position a Parador. Sadly, Morocco doesn't have them (don't confuse the Hotel "Parador" in this town). The Atlas looks as though no-one has lifted a paint-brush, mop or screwdriver for many years. The corridor leading to our second-floor room was largely... More

If you want mould in your rooms, faeces on your towel, blood and stains on the sheets, ingrained dirt on the bedroom and bathroom floors, then this is the place for you. I kid you not, this was after we had an upgrade having seen the first room had beds which had recently been slept in. Even watching the chamber... More
