My companion and I were taken here by Mike Newcomb of www.sierrawalks.com and we loved the place. The staff were friendly, efficient and the breakfasts were excellent - the mint tea in particular was wonderfully refreshing (a morning drink, not an evening one). As others have said, it's an ideal base for exploring the city, and the price was very... More

No just a Riad but an experience. The staff are really helpful because we really need them. Chefchaouen deserves a couple of days (no much more), but you can get lost if you don't have a guide. The hotel is very comfortable and very well located. Don't think we'll travel to Morocco again but if any friend ask us, we'll... More

We rode our motorcycles all the way through Morocco and this was our first stop. Hotel is in a very good location, staff extremely helpful, breakfast was very good. Highly recommended. We could only park the motorcycles outside the old-city wall but this was no issue since the area is very safe and well guarded

Beautiful and charming blue riad amongst the wash of blue medina walls. Staff are incredibly helpful with directions and restaurant and sight recommendations. Even organised for one of the staff to take us to God's bridge (a must if you're in Chefchaouen for 2 days or more). Also organised a taxi from the ferry port and tickets for the bus.... More

This is a deligtful Riad in the heart of Chefchaouen's old medina run by some very relaxed, friendly and helpful staff. The riad is simple yet comfortable and wonderfully decorated. The breakfast was also delicious. I would certainly stay here again if I am lucky enough to have the opportunity.

We had four nights at Casa Perleta. Brilliant! The trip with Mohammed and Mohammed and Bergona was a hoot. Over the Rift mountains to the sea, shopping for fish and watermelon on the way home. Made all the more special to experience Ramadan with the wonderful staff at Casa Perleta. Would return in a flash and stay longer. Loved the... More

Casa Perleta is a wonderful "guest house" with lots of charm and personal touches. We spent a delightful two nights staying here and would definitely return again. The Casa is beautifully kept and the staff are incredibly helpful. The breakfasts were outstanding and differed every day with a selection of pancakes or other local breads, dates, olives, fresh jams and... More

We only had one night in the charming Casa Perleta but we would like to recommend it most highly. Bergona and Ishmael were very helpful and charming, generous with their information and obliging with our requests. Our room was small ( the smallest in the house) but very cute with pretty painted furniture and enough space for two of us.... More

Two weeks ago my traveling buddy and I arrived at the Casa Perleta, via CTM bus from Fez, WITHOUT our luggage. Make sure you watch the handlers put your luggage on the bus. It was a disaster, missing our meds, one passport and an iPad. Although this has never happened, according to Begonia, Casa Perleta's manager, she proceeded to take... More

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Casa Perleta. It's very well located in the Medina and it's easy to find your way around from here. The larger rooms are comfortable with plenty of space for your luggage for 2 people. Breakfast was good, served on the roof terrace. Everyone was friendly and Begonia gave us some good tips... More
