We spent 5 nights at the Dar el Moualim and we had a wonderful stay. Paquita, the owner, was very helpful and emailed us numerous times before we arrived to answer all of our questions. We stayed at Dar El Moualim in Chefchaouen for 2 nights. Chefchaouen is a great place to relax after being in some of the busier and touristy spots like Fes or Marrakesh! The house was beautiful, typical Chaouen blue, and our room was great for an affordble price, we had a small living room, kitchen, clean bathroom, bedroom and the best: private terrace! with great views to the city and mountains. Having spent a few nights in the riads of Fes for about the same price, I was expecting something quite nice.
