Beautifully decorated hotel with lovely, helpful staff. They allowed us to go straight to our room when we arrived at 6am from the night train. Great breakfast. Walking distance to everything. Definitely recommend.

We usually like to stay in the older parts of Moroccan towns, but when researching where to stay in Asilah we decided to stay at Al Alba. And what a lovely surprise. Our room was so white, bright and clean and well thought out. Lovely touches of local crafts and some of the nicest examples of new painted wood doors... More

Very attractively decorated hotel, I had the top suite, which was big, granted, but very strangely laid out so it was not worth all the space. Terrace / balcony built overlooking the side street instead of a slight adjustment to be looking over the sea??? Good position but Asilah is tiny so it doesn't really matter. Hotel is run by... More

Words can't really describe this hotel. The staff is super friendly. The decoration is gorgeous, with incredible attention to details. The food served is top notch, and the rooms are so clean and well maintained. Oh, did I mention that the staff is great? My congratulations to the team that manages this place. Will return for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Al Alba in Assilah. It was a break from the intensity of Marakesh and Fez. We had the suite on the top floor with view of the ocean although I think we only paid for a double room. Everthing was immaculate. The owners are friendly and helpful. We were able to use their computer... More

The Al Alba was our first (and by far the best) accommodation we had on our 2 week journey through Morocco. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. The decor is authentic and incredibly magical. We truly felt as if we were living in a fairytale. The staff was awesome and extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were... More

Staff were great, though didn't feel that 'morroccan' but we didn't mind. Was won over by the quaint and boutique set up. Was quite small but there were so many sweet touches to the room and hotel. It felt soooooo clean as well. Breakfast had a modern twist but was now missing my English breakfast but still very enjoyable (... More

Hotel Al Alba is a nice, clean, new, safe and well run hotel. The food is great too! If you're looking for a Riad or Boutique hotel, you might be disappointed at no fault of Al Alba. I booked the cheapest double room and I thought it was nice, but lacked any character and it felt very clinical. I'm sure... More

Great people, quaint clean and quiet hotel. great kitchen !. 5 minutes off the freeway and relatively easy to find. Nice Hamman ( Naima was great !!) Would stay again if I am in the area. Much higher quality than other hotels we saw in Morocco.

This is a newly built property in the fashion of a traditional Riad. There is ambiance but Not as if you were in a Riad within a Medina. The facilities and staff are courteous and helpful and the reviews that state the hotel is far from the medina are erroneous. The walk along the harbor is pleasant. The beach here... More
