Located in the middle of the old kasbah. Very friendly people, excellent food and service. Very special place. The experience is worth the high cost. They offer horse riding on the famous movie horses.... Cool!!!! We would go again!

I'm finally writing a review after staying here one night in Feb 2014 then returning with friends march 2015. It really is a special place, and I love that there is no electricity, you truly switch off from the outside world, and the candle light makes the whole place so atmospheric. I can't think of many places where you can... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our night's stay at Kasbah Tebi. Mohamed is a gracious and welcoming host. While it was a bit daunting to cross the river on sandbags, it definitely added to the experience. The candlelit dinner was tasty and filling. The room was cozy, warm and quiet. It must be noted that while there is hot water for showers,... More

There are many things to like about Kasbah Tebi – the fact that it’s only one of two places to stay inside the Ait Benhaddou complex, the lack of fellow tourists in the late afternoon, the disconnection from the town across the river, and the general serenity and ‘specialness’ of being holed up in an authentic Moroccan Kasbah. There are... More

This was my favourite place to stay during our three week trip to Morocco. The lack of electricity made it totally unique and eating, sleeping and doing everything by candlelight was romantic and atmospheric. Mohammed was a great host, one of the friendliest during our trip. He made sure we were comfortable and was so knowledgeable about the local area.... More

One of the most magical places I've ever stayed anywhere in the world. The charm and the location are unique! No electricity and only candlelight makes it extremely romantic, and dinner is great! A rare gem!

Visited with my partner and stayed at Kasbah Tebi for 2 nights. This accom is part of a UNESCO sight and is really ancient. Main town is across the river which you can cross either through the water if it permits it or via a footbridge. There is no electricity so take a head torch. Apart from dark it was... More

The nowadays famous village is like a dream. Kasbah Tebi was a chance when we booked it, we didn't know anybody that had stayed there. It was a hit! Nice owners and a lovely place in this spectacular village. We can strongly recommend this Place that wants to stay in a different Place. The food that was served at the... More

One of the most magical places I have stayed at, and the owners Mohammed and Hassan were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Only stayed for one night, but I hope I can go back one day! Definitely worth a visit.

I don't want to encourage so many people to stay at Kasbah Tebi, that I can't get a booking next time we stay there ( it only has 6 rooms), but my wife and I thought it was fantastic: it and Ait Benhaddou were the highlight of my 2 week Morocco trip. It is a very stylishly renovated fortified house... More
