Had a lovely stay at D'Lagoon. Staff very helpful and friendly with organising snorkelling trips and boats to other islands/beaches Real definition of paradise - some other resorts looked great but they're on the popular beach fronts so are quite noisy. 4 beautiful beaches within walking distance Thanks very much for our lovely stay

D'lagoon is a nice and quiet place, which has its own beach. We stayed in the hostel part of D'lagoon, the room was cheap and very simple, but you will never stay in the room, because the beach is so beautiful and exciting! The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Like everywhere in Malaysia, they speak English very well.... More

We stayed at D'Lagoon for 4 nights, we had a great time! We stayed at the hostel part in a 12 bed dorm. The facilities were simple, but we had everything we needed. D'Lagoon has its very own beach, they rent out snorkelling equipment and the fish and corals around here are beautiful! There is a restaurant with good and... More

After trekking the length of the island utterly unprepared with nothing more than determination my mobile phone, sarong, bathing suits and flip flops, we made it to D'Lagoon in the late afternoon. Along the way we stopped at nearby Adam and Eve beach, a pristine spit of sand accessible only via boat or thick jungle trail and my 10-year-old daughter... More

Horror show in brief: - The owner threatened us - he said "I am going to kill you", "I am going to get my gun ready" several times, because of disagreement with the bill. It even escalated with plenty of crying and screaming, that I had to call the police - but do not expect any help from the Malaysian... More

Dlagoon is THE place to be on perhentian islands! Simple hotel, low confort, low price but largely enough to have great time. The location is nice and quiet. Food is cheap and very good and the turtle trip proposed by dlagoon is magic. I've been there 5 times during the last 5 years so I recommend it!!

I had possibly the worst nights sleep of my life at D'lagoon. My partner and I had booked a weeks stay from ourselves at D'lagoon. on the website everything looked great, lovely little hotel in a cove away from the world - perfect! oh how we were so wrong. Due to the amount of litter on the beach (bearing in... More

Wow! Beautiful place where you can rest and enjoy the outstanding nature. The whole resort looks like a fairy tale location. Food is good and the staff is more than friendly. BUT, the bungalows need a serious renovation... the interior (bed + bathroom) is way too basic and the fans need to be replaced by new ones.

+1 for Kujambels review After budget travelling through Asia for 4 months this was the worst experience I had so far. When I arrived I was welcomed with a fresh drink by the Mrs. Owner, which I realy appreciated. Asking if she received my mail she unfortunately denied. So as they offer on their webpage http://www.dlagoon.my/rates-test/ I was asking for... More

Food is cheper than other places in the island, and juices and shakes are awesome. Don't expect to find alcoholic drinks in this isolated resort. I have been three times and they continously improve (little by little) the service. Best place for having a quiet rest.
