We stayed there for almost a week and it was a very nice time! Its close to Long Beach, but its not right at the beach. We liked it because we didnt hear the music from the fire shows that loud. Its also close if you want to walk to Coral Bay. The rooms were very simple and it can... More

We stayed at the Bintang view for one night during our week stay on kecil. When we arrived we had to wait a long time to be able to check in which was fine and the staff were nice. There was no food in the restaurant though since they said the other staff was on leave. We were offered the... More

Bintang View is definitely a good option if you come to the Perhentians. We looked around mostly all of the accommodation on Kecil and Bintang was by far the best for your money. It is a basic room with a bed and mosquito net, wall fan and outdoor balcony. Its basically a big version of a cubby house. Electricity is... More

Good value for money. Finola was friendly and helpful. Hoping to visit again in the near future and would definitely recommend to backpackers to stay in Bintang View. If your looking for good value and decent food in Perhentians, look for Ewan's Restaurant.

We stayed in a chalet with shower/toilet... the room was clean and cheap - rate did not decrease for long stay (8 nights) nor did it increase over busy period. Only thing we would've enjoyed is 24/7 electricity as rooms too hot during day if need shelter from the sun, that said, we'd stay again. Hotel situated great location between... More

Me and my friend spent two nights in the chalets, and it was wonderful. The Irish woman who owns the place is really nice and helpful. The chalets are very simple, but with a nice little terrace. Toilets and showers are okay, and there is even toilet paper! I can recommend this place to everybody who likes it cheap and... More

I really enjoyed my stay at Bintang view. The place is basic but very cosy and quiet. It's located at Long beach, a bit higher up with a great view over the bay. Most of the huts are in the shade in a natural surrounding, so it doesn't get too hot there during the day and it is a quiet, beautiful... More

Enjoyed our stay at Bintang. We stayed in a chalet with shared toilet/shower facilities which were spotlessly clean. Chalet itself was rustic and with a nice veranda. Our chalet was further back up the hill and so the noisy bars didnt bother us too much. Enjoyed the tropical jungle surroundings and spotted a couple of big monitor lizards wandering past!... More

Pros: -Location is a little bit back from Long Beach which was excellent as the all-night fire dancing and concert-volume music pumping out from the beach bars would make sleeping difficult otherwise. -Chalet was in good condition. It was clean with a great shower and toilet. -Nice veranda with table and chairs. -Good bed with mosquito net and fan. Cons:... More

I was recommended these bungalows by a friend of mine who stayed there a few months before. I have to say I checked the reviews and some were quite negative, but thought I would try it for a night anyway - I could always move. Anyway, we got there and got a great little bungalow - simple but super clean.... More
