Rooms are basic but confortable for a beach chalet. Location is good, small clean front beach that you can go snorkeling. Their boat trips are good value. Food at their restaurant is delicious (try the pancakes). Overall a good option in the island. Mind you, you go there for the scenary, not for luxury...

Relaxing family break. Non commercialised resort with lovely beach and snorkelling right at beachside. A good buffet breakfast to start the day (this is new compared to last year's order off the menu) and the end the day enjoy the nice view. Great friendly staff. Bring a book or two!

If you are looking for a room to rest your head after a whole day of soaking up the sun, this will serve its purpose fine. The room is clean, has air-conditioning, hot shower, a fridge and a small TV with local channels - No cable TV. Towels given by the hotel is to last you for the duration of... More

We bought a cheap all-in 3D2N package for about RM500. Considering the price we paid it sorta worth it. Try to book the front chalet with sea view. Sure better than our "garden" aka shrubs view. Every food served was beyond good. We loved all of 'em. BBQ food on the other hand was rather too burnt for our tastebud.... More

Don't know about the hotel, but we can guarantee that the restaurant is great. Cheap food, well served and well presented, big portions and fiendly waiters. In this reastaurant you can also enjoy a beer. Go and try, do not think twice.

Didn't stay at new cocohut but made the mistake of eating there a couple of times. The men do the serving and the women typically stay at the back - hence the bad service. They are completely useless. The food is sub-standard too. If you are eating with someone else, expect your 2 dishes to come out about 30 minutes... More

First day checking in the chalet and the service we received was terribly bad from the moment we stepped in. The staffs are inattentive and extremely rude. They are lack of efficacy and unable to clean up room for 4 hours. The beach area is small and full of rocks and shells that can cause injuries. Not worthwhile to come... More

I had to go for this hotel because the other ones are all fully booked. After reading the reviews, I am mentally prepared for a lousy service. They took 3-4 days to get back to you after you fill up the form online (The website btw, brought me back to the websites in the 90s). In the e-mail, they apparently... More

We stayed at Cozy for a week. It's part of New Cocohut- this caused some confusion. It's in a great spot, mind you anywhere on these islands is good. It's easy to get around by the boat taxis to wherever you want whenever you want. We went scuba diving at Seahorse divers and they were excellent. Rooms weren't fancy- had... More

The whole staff was rude and unpleasant. The minimum service was not provided (no water bottles, no beach towels, clean bed sheets (we had blood on our bed sheets)...) even though we've paid for it by taking a "suite". When asking, they said that they put "suite" in the title of the rooms but it doesn't mean anything because the... More
