Be careful to check your credit card statement after staying at the Park City Everly in Miri. I stayed there and found afterwards that they had charged me the RM500 deposit as well as the total bill. I don't always check my statement that carefully so it could have easily gone unnoticed. If the hotel had found the discrepancy I... more

Been staying at hotel since it was Holiday Inn in year 2001. Now there is a change of mgmt. Recently upgraded. Noisy lounge has now been renovated and glassed in containing the music. Restaurant has also been renovated and looks refreshing and modern. Executive Lounge has also had a make over. Overall, hotel value for money. more

Stayed one night after visiting Mulu national park. The hotel is located 10 minutes drive from the centre, accessible via the hotel's complimentary shuttle bus (until 930 pm i think it was) Our room had a great balcony overlooking the pool and down towards the sea, giving a great sunset and opportunity for sunbathing if you like that sort of... more

I would like to say this hotel is quite ok overall..as i stay there two times since i go to Miri to visit my wife. The people are nice, friendly, and helpful too especially the front desk. But one thing i dislike is the room service. As normally a guest check in time is at 12pm as the hotel policy... more

I have stayed in this hotel many times over the last 15 years. Used to be Holiday Inn until the new management took over. Lately also noticed that the lobby is very noisy. The band is right beside the lobby in a non-enclosed area and it is LOUD. They used to have a disco/pub in the basement but now I... more

Agree with the other opinion that this hotel has major problems with noise. There is a full volume band right at its open lobby at the center of the hotel... The singing they do run until 1am and it is such an irritant to many guests. It is impossible to sleep with that noise. I rang front desk a few... more

Karaoke cafe is there at lobby. Guests and singers are doing Karaoke over midnight!! That's very very noisy!!! You can't sleep and relaxed. It's something like you stay at Karaoke Box.If you stay this hotel you'll get mad and stress. Don't waste your money. Please choose another Hotel. more

I been there last 26 April 2008, for 2 days 1 night family retreat. Not much to do here but it's a good place to rest for a couple of days. A bit far from the city and i believe its more suitable for families who has transportation. more

I stayed at this hotel for part business (conference) and part holiday (I was here with my then girlfriend -- now married!) Overall, I found this hotel to be clean and no-nonsense. There is nothing much to shout about this hotel really. It is a bit away from the town centre but public transportation is not a problem here, as... more

I stayed here recently and the hotel needs a refurbishment. The lobby area is quite modern, but the hotel itself could do with a paint and some new lounges in the bar area. That being said the staff were lovely and the pool was nice. The bathrooms need an upgrade, as well, but the room itself is nice, with great... more
