We have always enjoyed our stay in this hotel and each visit has been comfortable. The entire hotel is well maintained and rooms are clean. Our room rate included the buffet breakfast which we have found to be good and adequately provided with consideration for the local and Caucasian palate. Staff are friendly and are always there to help when... More

good price, clean and big room, free delicious breakfast, new hotel. worth the money. a lot of shops, local restaurants nearby the hotel. but, do request for higher floor to avoid noise from the night club at lobby. and the hotel center air cond is over too cold. we didn't switch on the air cond system in our room. or... The hotel itself is good enough and have no problem with it. It's clean, the room is standard with 2 beds etc. However, the hotel is a bit far away from town. It's about 5 minutes driving distance from the town centre. But still, the hotel worth a stay. The only thing that I am angry about the hotel is... More

Most important thing was the room was clean. Was glad that the checkin counter lady agreed to move us from the 3rd to the 5th floor since I read in previous reviews about the noise from nearby pubs. Disappointed that there was no kiddie pool for the kids to enjoy. Breakfast variety was good. Wifi signal acceptable. Overall a good... More

We stayed here for 5 days..Our room was a Superior King room on the 5th floor facing the road.. The room was cozy but small.. our room was really quiet at night...Interior was clean..bed was okay.. housekeeping was friendly.. security for customers was pretty good considering you needed your room card to access the hotel room floors.. bathroom had a... Stayed in this hotel for the weekend. Got a superior twin room for RM 200 2D1N. Room was cozy, clean and spacious enough. Fast service at the reception. However when we called for service from housekeeping, we had to wait for 20-30 minutes. For the breakfast, choices are pretty limited but met expectation for the hotel's value.

Price: Got a standard room at 3rd floor (no view) for RM170 per night inclusive 2 breakfast from Agoda. Location: Close distance to Grand Palace Hotel, like 5-7 mins walk. There are eateries, bars, convenience store and supermarket nearby too. Room: Small but clean. I'm impressed with the big comfy twin beds and pillows. Soap, bath gel and shampoo are... More

all are good, but location wise - away from city centre. breakfast is so - so and not so much varieties. Room is very clean, i dont need to ask for praying mat as it is already in the room. i heard they have a good karaoke room downstairs.

Don't confuse this with its sister Imperial Hotel in the centre if Miri. It is located in the Pelita Commercial Centre about 1 km from the Town centre. I have stayed there often since it opened in April 2011.. It is excellent value, the Rooms are first rate, modern, clean comfortable and good wifi, despite most not having a view,... More

Overall location is good with good eating places(local foods) around the hotel. Had stayed at this property for at least 5 separate occasions. But had learned to request for a room on higher floors(preferably 10th or higher). The blasting of the music with unbearable noise into the wee hours on the lower floors. The rooms are well furnished and well... More
