My wife and I were booked for for 2 days/1 night. Initially we wanted to spend 3 days/2 nights. We were glad we did only stayed for 1 night. Read on and you will understand. We booked our room through the internet. Thinking the chalets being RM20/= more expensive would be a great deal. We arrived at the counter at... More

Enjoyed this resort 3 days during Ramadan period in 2013. Due to Ramadan(?), there was no group guest, almost empty in the resort. I used Maranti chalet including breakfast & dinner. All foods in Restaurant were excellant and delicious, and all staffs were very kind. Best thing to me, everything in restaurant came from the farm in resort, local food.... More

Great hotel for families with kids and those who want to take a break surrounded by nature. Situated around 40 km from Miri. Hotel is located in the middle of the rain forest. We've stayed there 2 nights 2 full days and it was ok. I wouldn't recommend to stay longer than 4 nights as you may get bored. The... More

Run down poorly or rather no management. A big party of 10 Bro sis nieces and nephews. Food below par. Facility run down. There's actually activities for river cruise hanging bridge walk pony ride. None open due to under maintenance though not made known when purchasing. The poor pony is only thing going and my son couldn't don't want to... More

It is a place to stay away from. We checked out within 2 hours of checking in and being served raw chicken. The place is old and dilapidated with major building going and all sorts of rebar and stuff blocking the roads. The staff are not helpful at all and nobody offered to help with our luggage or to show... More

We has the opportunity to stay in the stilt house, Merenti. It was a different type of place to stay and I think that's why I enjoyed it. The stilt house was unique and not like any other hotel room I've stayed in. If I stayed in the main rooms I might not have enjoyed the place as much. The... More

It really depends on what you're looking for. We stayed here for 1 night. The furniture in the resort is all made from the logged surrounding area. The buffet is good, and staff are helpful and friendly. There's access to drinking water, and the swimming pool is nice. There's a fun water slide for adults and a little one for kids.... More
