This is well located near the Rainforest Discovery centre and Orang-Utan rehabilitation centre. Whilst they try to sign visitors up for tours, they will also provide a cheap taxi service to the Discovery Centre (useful on a typically humid afternoon). I stayed in a superior room which was equipped with air-conditioning and large enough to spread the contents of my... More

Stayed here two nights and didn't have a good impression of the place- pretty run down and tacky with its original jungle theme cemented decor and dark danky dim wooden restaurant called the banana cafe. Service and staff were also not great, seeming to be busy with other things or distracted by each other. We stayed in room 10, which... More

We stayed in a dorm room with four beds and shared with one japanese girl. The room was pretty hot at night as we had a fan, but that was all we could afford being on a budget. We stayed at the other end of the resort near the cafe, we found the lady at front reception very smiley and... More

I spent here 2 nights, while i visited Sepilok Oran Utan Rehabilitation Center (5 min by walking), Rain Forest Discovery Center (15 min by walking) and Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary (20-30 min by car). I had a standard air condition and own bathroom. Furniture little bit old, but is not so important. Main thing: room was clean. Nothing to... More

The Sepilok Jungle Resort may have been great when it first opened but since then it's been allowed to rot which is a shame. The resort is just like a low cost airline you get your cheapish bed and then pay over the odds for poor food, overpriced drinks and use of the pool. The wifi is pretty useless in... More

Dear Sean O, Thanks for choosing to stay with us. When a reservation is made for 5 nights, we will reserve the dorm for 5 nights and we will hold it and not to sell it to others. So if a guest wants to change it last minute, they would still have to pay for the remaining unused nights but... More

We stayed there for 2 nights and used it as a base for visiting the nearby Orang-utan Rehabilitation Centre (which can be reached in approx. 5-10 min. per foot) and the Rain Forest Discovery Centre (which is a 20min walk away, they shuttle you back to resort for 10 RM). Location was good for our purpose, room (deluxe) was dated... More

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. It is so close to the Orangutan Sanctuary and Sunbear Sanctuary (5 min walk) and there are lots of tours around the area. The staff were helpful and the late opening reception is handy. The food was good, the portions aren't huge, but they are very reasonably priced. The rooms... More

Me and My friend spent 2 nights at the hotel, the nature was amazing, a wonderful place, the room was great but... The resaurang was one of the worst I ever been to! Outside interior is pretty amazing, but that is all what good thing I can say about this place . My room was really bad lots of mosquitoes, ants and spiders.
