We stayed in this place for 8 days in October. We weren't expecting miracles, as we had chosen the cheap standard room with aircon, but the room was even worse than our expectations. As suggested in the title, hotel is quite dated, smelled like my granny's house. They charged us extra for using the pool and sunloungers, which is a very annoying thing to do to paying customers. The Sepilok Jungle Resort was the most expensive, and least nice place we stayed during our 12 day trip to Malaysia. We payed 150 ringgits for a dark, basic room with air conditioning.
