We have done a few jungle treks in other places and travelled around in Borneo a little bit, and for us this was a lot of money for very little. We paid 840 RM for the “2 day 1 night”- tour including the transport. We stayed in a dorm for four people with a shared bathroom. The dorms do not... More

Thank you for your fee back. I cant quite understand as you raised your concern of the mosquito then said there is not more than 1 in the room. And the fact that the place is very organised, clean, impressive, well kept etc... seems to bother you ;( I would like to clarify the tour schedule. The tour actually starts... More

We stayed here with a 3D/2N formula. Organization was perfect and our chalet (Agamid) was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and our boatman/guide Aljun spoke a good English, so he could explain us everything about flora and fauna. He showed us many animals: monkeys (proboscis, two kinds of macaque and tarsier, the smallest of the world - this one... More

Good value and nice atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 3D/2N package and choose agamid chalet. The room is basic and clean with ensuite and very good value for what it cost. The meals were included and not much to talk about. The river cruises and walks were very good and we saw lots of... We stayed here for a 3D/2N package and stayed in Agamid Chalet #2. The chalet itself was great and much better than expected with an ensuite (basic but functional) and Air Con. Beds were not brilliant but then again you don't expect it do you? The staff were all very friendly and helpful and our guide Ramzan was brilliant. We... More

Thank you for your feed back. We will take note of the food. We do change our menu every day and perhaps you had not like the food offered that particular day. The walk to the ox bow lake can be exciting as visitors have spotted otters and kingfishers in the lake. In any case, wildlife watching is a bit... More

We are indeed concerned of your feed back. The day when you are with us, a sun bear escaped from its enclosure and therefore the Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre which is next to the sun bear centre was closed for safety reasons. We wonder if you enjoyed your trip to Kg Bilit as the main high light for 2 days... More

We took the 2 night 3 day package for our family of 4. All the transport which was pre-booked was very comfortable and well organised. We had a nice welcome at the lodge with a welcome drink where we were explained the itinerary and house rules. The cabins were basic but very clean and comfortable. All meals were included and... Thank you for your feed back. There are 3 countries in this world where you can see tarsiers and Malaysia is one of them. And we have the largest of all the species. Sabah and Sarawak are the two states within Malaysia and in Sabah, right behind our lodge is one of the places that you can spot them often... More

Our guide Max was outstanding and typically spotted animals before everyone else. We saw a mom and baby orangutan, numerous proboscis monkeys with babies, pig-tailed macaque, silver langurs, two separate tarsier sightings on night walks, and of course many long-tailed macaques from very close. We also saw the oriental pied hornbill, Storm's stork, and water monitor lizards. We stayed in... More

Dear Mark Thank you for giving us your feed back. Yes, the air conditioning is an option most European guests will take up as the weather can be rather humid. 10 years ago when we started out, we didn't have this option. We evolved from reading the feed back of our visitors. If you are still having your holiday, do... More

The price quality of this place is very good. I had a dorm room and a package 3 days 2 nights including four boattrips and a boring nature walk. All the7 resorts offer these kind of packages. They all go on the same river the only difference is the boat :) and the guide. The nature walk is the same... More

I think Nature Lodge Kinabatangan is the most tourist based accommodation, where we stayed in Malaysia, on a good way. They were very organized and all boat trips/night walks included! The food was good, they even had french fries, very nice after a week of only rice! During our stay we had 5 boat trips, one more than usual. This... More
