fantastic location to stay with good food and comfortable rooms. Divers location only, well run and very very helpful. I have never been to any beach resort as great as this place. The services were excellent. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and departed. It is situated about 45 minutes from the mainland and 15 minutes from Sipadan. We managed to snorkel at Kapalai, Mabul and Sipadan! Yes, in snorkeled Sipadan! One word to describe Sipadan.... stayed here in May this year, decided to upgrade to the delux suites with a a jacuzzi - well worth it imo - huge apartment and great sitting in a Jacuzzi at night - there is little else to do here apart from dive and read....and all the other relaxing stuff.
