REALLY lovely staff, really good food, beautifully maintained grounds. Good diving centre and snorkelling. Nice big rooms. That said I don't think I can give a full 5 stars. Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful Rooms are big, clean and functional great diving and snorkeling cons: not much to do other than diving and snorkeling coral around the island is quite damaged (although apparently its getting better every year)

Firstly, i believe this island is no longer called Sipadan Pom Pom, but rather just Pom Pom Island Resort. So if you are heading there to dive Sipadan, then this won't be the right resort for you.
