This place is simply one of the very best dive resort I've been in my life! Instructors are awesome, a lot of locals working on the rig (including NAJIB) will be extremely happy to make you discover the islands, diving spots and so on… the house dive is excellent for micro life, and the atmosphere on the rig is more... Seaventures is a unique dive resort with amazing dive opportunities. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. The rooms are all you can expect at an old oli rig and the sun deck is a nice place to relaxe after great diving. You feel very safe at the rig - they have professional military security during the... More

Visited Seaventures in late September/early October and left very happy. Ups: Diving is great: you get unlimited diving on their house reef, which is great; divemasters are very good and are very efficient at spotting sealife (went diving with Taufique and Helmi); food is delicious...if you like Chinese/Malay kind of food. The place isn't luxurious, but is well kept and... More

I stayed at Seventures in September and thoroughly enjoyed it. Professional staff, excellent food, and of course the superb diving. One thing I appreciated more this time is the benefit of staying 15 meters above the ocean as compared to on land. The ever-present light breeze makes it really enjoyable.

I looked very carefully at the reviews for several of the resorts on Mabul and Seaventures and picked Seaventures. I'm not sure that I would pick it again. The biggest reason that we chose to stay there was the guarantee to dive Sipadan and we did get to do that - all 3 days, which was great! The accommodations were... More

First off I like to acknowledge our dive guide Mando and Helmi. they were very accommodating and helpful. Having 8 years and 4 years respectively, of diving experience at the Rig, you feel very safe diving with them. The rig has a feeling of living abaord a ship. But since it's not moving, you don't feel sea sick. The dive... More

It's such an exciting and unusual experience to stay at the rig, the dive masters are really good and very careful (special mention for Titta!), the food is good, the rooms are nice and you'll have the opportunity to jump from the plateform (9 or 10 metres high) to the sea :)

Stayed for 5D4N in the dorm room. As mentioned in many of the reviews below, the rig could do with some repairs especially to the communal toilets, where the water pressure was weak. However, we got to go 2 days to Sipadan which is always the plus point. Food is generally good and the staff are friendly. Watching the sunset... More

We stayed in Seaventures last Aug 23-26, 2014. We all had a great time! Friendly staff and good food! Our dive masters Mando and Helmi made it more memorable! The Rig is the best and safe place to stay if you are divers. Don't forget to visit the sun deck during sunsets. Our group would definitely come back. :)

We loved the Rig!! Its the best option for divers and non- divers alike as it is breezy, clean, has 24 hour electricity, good food ( warm bread and profiteroles!) and most importantly , really friendly and experienced crew (esp Titta who was fab with our 15 year old son on his first dive adventure). Can't wait to come back!!
