Stayed there with a friend for 2 nights sometimes in 2010. I must say that this is a long overdue review. We bought our holiday package through myholiday2u website. Upon arrival, we were picked up at the jetty by a super friendly host. If I am not mistaken, his name was Bakhtiar. We were given welcoming drinks and showed to... More

If you think accommodation straight out of the dark ages is right for you, by all means, immediately make a booking for this travesty that dares to have the word "resort" in its name. The owner warned that the rooms are basic, but basic doesn't even begin to describe any of the rooms. They look as if a 40 year... More

I stayed here for three nights for my PADI open water course. I was supposed to get a deluxe double room at first which is inclusive in my OWC package, but due to mismatch in the resort's check-in system I ended up staying at the single's chalet for one night. The chalet are terrible with broken walls and floor here... More

The chalets are run down with broken floor planks. Not much amenities provided. Going up and down towards the upper chalets can be quite tiring. However, they provide good affordable packages and personalized service. Try the 2-hour nightwalk where you'll be shown around Kg Genting historical places.

Stayed here for my PADI open water course. Room condition is poorly maintained and not hygienic. Food quality below par. The only thing i enjoyed is my OW course. Highly recommended Jemy a.k.a Jimmy as diving instructor. Overall, this resort has a lot to improve.

It is really really poor quality, Chalet is like a hut, Water heater never fiunctioned, kettle for boiling water never washed for years (shock of my life), bed without a proper stand (used stone to stable) and the most iritating is insects on our bed. Nightmare and for 1st time in my I've counted my day to return back to... More

I stayed here from 11th-13th may. Stayed in a standard chalet. The only complaint i have on this resort is the terrible maintenance of the chalets. There were holes on the floor board which caused mosquitos to roam around and attacked my family. I cant put any type of food on the table coz there will be ants swarming within... More

I stayed at the resort for 3 nights for a diving holiday. It is the beginning of the diving season, thus the place is not yet fully occupied. The rooms are not that well maintained, with leaking pipelines in the bathroom, and some locks not working. However, they are quite comfortable if you are staying alone. With four people sharing,... Suitable for budget traveler and family vacation. Very friendly service and good food. There are few different types of room, but i prefer to stay in quad-sharing for my trip. the price is not much a different. Dive center located near the room and full-equipped with dive facilities like boats, tanks and other dive equipment. Thumbs up.

Old, lack of maintainance room and resort. It's run by local family. Although it has many wooden chalets, most of them maintain 60's, seems like didnt repair since built up. For budget traveller like me, this resort considered cheaper, but I wont stay in this resort ever again. Better choose the Sun Beach Resort just beside it, it looks more... More
