Stayed at big room (rm400/night) with 3 queen size bed. Just a toilet with hot water, small area with chairs and room with 3 queen size bed air-conditioned. No TV, no wifi, no phone, no kettle, no toiletries, no 3G cell signal. About 5mins walk from the jetty and beach. Good place to stay, total disconnect from the world. Do... More

Not that clean, smelt damp and musky. Very dark room and filled with mozzies. Definitely wouldn't come here again. The only good thing about this place is the restaurant. Go else where to stay in salang

Not sure if it's the island itself or the resort. We stayed there back in Sept and booked an air-cond+heater room. We couldn't sleep well due to mosquitos and we can hear them buzzing at your ears! Besides, I think there was a water supply issue here. Off and on there would be no water :(

This place is close to the jetty, means, you dont have to walk too far with your luggage. Rooms are spacious and have plenty of land for your children to play on. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Wifi is not free but there is no high-speed broadband on the island.

Never stay here. Salang Pusaka is the worst hotel i have every stayed in. Dirty sheets and towels, the AC had not been cleaned in ages so I always woke up with an allergy. They are joking if they want to call this a resort. Unhelpful staff, the water stops with no warning. We were in a 'super deluxe' room... More

For 450 each for twin sharing , is the most expensive rate . The only thing i like is the toilet, very spacious clean and functional hot shower. We had 2 continuous night disturbed by mosquitoes. Atleast the management should prepare these repellent instead of asking manage ourselves. The boat driver just bring us around few snorkeling spots and let... More

The resort offered very basic amenities like towels, air-condition, hot shower and a fridge. There was no toiletries in the bathroom, but if you did not bring ones, you can get them at the nearby groceries shop. WiFi is only available at the lobby/check-in counter and sometimes at the resort's restaurant. I had all of my meals at the restaurant,... More

the staffs and boat driver is very friendly and took good care of us. they did a very great job on fulfilling our request (went all the way to the mainland to buy a birthday cake for my friend). good job ! appreciated it very much. don't expect rooms to be 5 star but it is still acceptable.

Booked the package and stayed for 2 nights (Sept 19th - 21st 2013), and I entirely satisfied with the service provided. Love the ambience of the resort. Room was surprisingly spacious for 4! Toilet was acceptably clean with typical Malaysian setting. The A/C work well in the tropical heat. Food (included) was just fine. BBQ was just ok, nothing impressive... More
