After 7 hours' drive from Singapore, we finally reached the town of Fraser's Hill. Shahzan Inn is located next to the post office, close to town center. The hotel has very basic facilities and is not well maintained. The lobby is impressive but the rooms are very shabby. When we complained about the faulty shower head, no cover at the... More

My first trip to Fraser Hill. Love the accommodation. Check in was without much hassle booked thru agoda. Upgraded from garden view to golf course view. Facilities in room were basic and adequate. Clean bed, clean towel, comes with electric water kettle which found it very convenient for family with kids and elderly. Within walking distant to centre of attractions.... More

The hotel is just (5 mins) walking-distance away from the clock tower - the centre of the resort. The building looked nice. It faces the golf course and you can see the paddock from the gates even though it is a bit far. Parking space seemed limited during our stay despite having it at front and back of the premise;... The journey to the place is a torturing meandering road, but once you arrived at the peak of Fraser's Hill is like you've been transported to a different world. Well, at least from the place we came from. There are not many hotels up there and Shahzan Inn is among the oldest. It's a very well maintained building. Excellent friendly... More

We regrettably only had two nights in this comfortable and friendly hotel, which has a great outlook over the golf course. If you are into bird watching the surrounding car park areas are good in the mornings and ask about the local guide, who we were not aware of until is was too late to organise a trip. It is... More

The hotel is centrally located, near to the clock tower so is easily accessible to the eating places around there. The buffet breakfast is not too bad. Room is comfortable, and has a balcony. Only shortcoming is that the water pressure is low, take a long time to have a complete shower. Please look into this. On the whole, it... More

An average inn where your main purpose is to be out in the open and not in the room. Good locality as it is within the "town" centre, ,i.e. walking distance to the "core services", such as groceries, post office, police station and the government clinic. Basic facilities for an inn in the room where natural ventilation is the order... More

We have been there before and our memory of the rooms was that it was a dark damp environment. We were told that the rooms have been refurbished but we did not get our hopes up too much. It was definitely better than before. The toilets were re-tiled and it was nice and clean. Cleanliness was a big thing for... More

Before I came, saw many negative reviews, was frightened by these poor review. Here I am writing this review in the restaurant. Enter from the main entrance is the lobby seperated into left and right. both right and left side are quipped with sofas for free wifi usage in the lobby. Right side has an additional tv. While left side... More

They do not have fan inside the room. The water heater pressure also not working properly. Breakfast is a bit limited but is ok for me. I manage to do my late check out and the staff there quite helpful. But overall is ok for me.
