The hotels just re-brand. They assigned me to spacious and clean room with balcony. Linen very fresh & clean. FO staff welcome us and treat us very well. Telephone in guestroom not working, drainage in bathroom stuck and I've to use my mobile to call for any request. Shouldn't be any problem to me as long as Staff can talk... More

Pros -Nice beach -Spacious room -Ample parking spots -Clean sheets -My door was broken, reported to the management, they repaired it immediately Cons -From my opinion, the receptionists have congenitally deformed facial muscles thus disabling them to smile or speak good welcoming words to u. Went there last weekend. The beach was beautiful, good food but the property looks a little tired. Seems like there's some renovation going on, hopefully they redo the lobby and rooms aswell. Overall, the trip was good, staff was friendly, and the rooms was ok.

Checked in to a very unfriendly staff. The first room had really bad maintenance. The lamps were falling apart. The bidet was leaking and unusable. Half way through the day there was a trip in electricity and everything went off. Had to switch rooms. The second room had a reallly loud Air Con compressor outside the balcony. It was chugging... Spent 2 nights here, lovely beach decent amenities, heard this hotel will be closed down soon, guess this hotel, need a new facelift as it looks very tired and old. Breakfast was decent but adequate for me and my family. Room was ok with not so clean bath room and balcony, anyway hope to see what this hotel will look... More

One of the beachfront hotel in P.D with distinctive architecture (the Minangkabau roof). On a budget trip so booked a non-sea view room for MYR280/night on the weekend. Quite expensive considering this is an old hotel. Lot of parking spaces for guests & not far from restaurants & shops. Check-in was smooth & the front lady was friendly. Our room... More

Spend 3 days & 2 nights. Pricey despite off season. Large hotel with pleasant staff. Only well maintained wood panelling at the hotel lobby. Plenty of adequately spaced rooms but desperately needs refurbishment. Limited edible buffet spread. Run down gym & billiard facilities - had to managed with jog on the beach. No sea dipping done as bobbing trash along... More

Fast Checked in at 6:30pm. Old hotel, large room, booked near the beach front ground floor room. The sunset view was nice. The bed was very comfortable, air condition worked fine. TV got a few channels only with uninteresting local programs. Minibars was empty. Complimentary coffee making facility and two small cups of complimentary plain water in the room. Toilet... More

To be perfectly honest, this was not our first choice for accommodation. Due to the last minute nature of our visit, we had to make do with whatever hotels had vacancies for the weekend. Our usual hotels were fully booked. We looked at many reviews for this hotel and figured for a 3 star hotel, it looked pretty decent. We... More
