I enjoy the good customer service that this hotel provides. It is near the Giant supermarket, very convenient. The rooms are clean and basic enough for comfort. The surrounding area is quiet. The staff were very honest and hospitable.

The sea view is nice if not for the haze which i personally think was quite bad. There's a walkway along the beach and a few ships could be seen from afar. A sign that says turtle comes to lay eggs on that stretch of beach in the early months of the year was what interest me.So it may be... More

My family booked a room apartment for a family of 6. If you are not the fussy kind of family, this place is a nice getaway for family to enjoy the beach. This is not a 5 stars hotel but it's certainly a cozy & clean place to stay in. The rooms are clean and well managed. We encountered a... More

we got Block E-*-*, a 3 bedroom apartment which was actually not bad. This room has sea view so it was nice. The master en-suite bathroom is too small compared to the 2nd bathroom. They were both clean, nonetheless. however, our big problem would be the mattress which was sunk in the middle (2nd bedroom) so for me who couldn't... More

We needed a simple place for a break with a two-year old that is very active and curious. As parents of young children will understand, at this stage, a 5-star hotel is not what you want or need, all your child cares about is that there's a pool and plenty of room to run around. This place provided it with... More

This is the most disgusting hotel that I’ve ever been to! The whole place is flirty! My whole family got mosquito bites all over our body while waiting at the hotel lobby to check in. This is not a hotel but a deserted building renting out as apartments for tourist to stay. The whole place looks old and down. Not... More

This "resort" is actually an apartment. Stayed during the recent public holiday, it is understandable that based on its location being closed to Kuala Lumpur (1-hour journey), many would opt to come for a short getaway with family. However, the place is OPEN for public which means no exclusivity and anyone could use the facilities. When we went to the... More

I booked 2 rooms apartment but been upgraded to three rooms without extra charges as the 2 rooms were already full. Lots of school and company groups during weekend. The access card is not functioning and we need to wait for 15 minutes for the maintenance staff. The floor were sandy once we got into the apartment and we just... More

It was a massive mistake to book this motel. It looked nice from the pictures and we just wanted to break up our return trip from Europe without having another plane trip. When we checked in and found our room it wasn't clean, nor did we think the toilet had ever been cleaned. The blankets had blood on them and... More

Staying in 2 rooms apartment. Not well maintained. Dirty surrounding. Check in so slow. So noisy. I don't recommend if you go for rest and relax because very noisy surrounding. Breakfast just OK. I won't be coming again.
