If you are looking for a short get away from the hustle and bustle of KL, then this property will be a good place. It is only about one and a half hours drive from KL and situated beside the PD Yacht Club with a nice clean beachfront. The facilities are quite basic but terribly popular with families as the... Our PD vacation every year is always at this hotel. It is not a 5 star hotel and if you're not fussy and live a simple humble life, you'll be happy with it. The seaview from the room is breathtaking, you get to watch the sun rise and sun set from the room balcony. The sea is simply awesome. You'll... More

This resort has to be one of the worst places I have stayed in. It was very overpriced for the star rating and the area but I stayed here because everywhere else was fully booked. What a mistake. The whole place is shabby and run down. It took me 20 minutes to find my room and 2 visits to reception... More

The rooms have no hair dryer, water in shower is pitiful to say the least, wardrobe is dirty, pillows are old and of bad quality, even breakfast is terrible (lack of choices) and even prorridge is cold. Will not come back

We stay in a deluxe with 2 bedrooms. Location is great and only walking distance to the beach. The beach was large and clean. Family friendly with a kids pool. Our room are with a private balcony with view of the sea where you can watch the sunset in the evening. The beach are nice, not so many people. Definitely... More

Bayu beach resort is considered a 2 star hotel and I enjoyed my stay here. ( We walked in ) Beach is in front of it, and I got a sea view 1 bedroom studio apartment. This is a hotel accompanied by studio apartments Enjoyed the breakfast, though the items were limited. The Ala carte menu in the restaurant is... More

I've stayed in this hotel few weeks before heading to another hotel in PD which in a different class than this hotel. for a start, this is an old hotel. Most of its facility are run down and in seriously needs of refurbishment. BUt then again, as long as it has a decent swimming pool and a great beach, people... More

If you have been to PD, you would know that most of the places are usually overcrowded- especially during the weekends and school holidays. And the bigger the crowd, the more rubbish you see too on the beach, unfortunately. And in the end you're left with a not-so-memorable-beach holiday. So you opt for a "resort with a private beach". Many... More

Stayed there for 2 nights there with a group of families for a weekend retreats. Parking was very limited and the parking staff was very rude to their customers. The lifts to the room was also broke down frequently while we stayed there. Overall, this hotel was the worst hotel I've stayed.

location is nice and got easy access to the beach. Its easy to find too. there are food court located nearby. however, this is quite an old hotel, which you might find the ambiance and the decor is rather tired and dull. However, the rate they are offering is affordable and worth with what they're providing i guess. The view... More
