This lodge is superb! The view from the restaurant will take your breath away. There is a constant stream of animals coming to the waterhole to drink including giraffe, warthogs, buffalo, elephants, various antelopes and there was also a resident hippo when we were there. The views at this lodge are just spectacular. It's like a picture postcard of Mount Killimanjaro with safari rolled into one. The watering holes are so close to the rooms and the restaurant that you can see most of the big 5 up close. this lodge is out of this world it is beautiful. we walked in and were met by the water hole right in front of the restaurant. it is a stunning place. they say serena lodges are the best and we would comlpetely agree this place if gorgeious. the staff are fantastic and the food was gorgeous. i really don't know... more
