The folks in charge of the lodge do a very nice job of making you feel at home. The food is good, the accommodations are very nice indeed, and you can look from the verandah of your banda down on a nice variety of game (if you are lucky of course) and see some interesting birds near the banda. It... More

Rhino Valley Lodge has a fantastic view over the valley and with a direct view of 2 waterholes where a variety of animals can be seen. Elephants, waterbucks, warthogs and giraffes are among them. The lodge is not fenced so you need a maasai guard to conduct you to your room after dark - elephants and other animals pass right... More

Nice lodge with a great view on a little lake where animals, come during the night, looking for water. You can observe them from a little terrace out of your bungalow, thank to some light near the lake. Wonderful. After getting dark, you can't leave your bungalow alone, you have to call a boy of the staff to go/come back... More

Stayed here for one night with two friends and this lodge is so beautiful. From our balcony we saw wild animals. We saw baboons, elephants and antilopes. So beautiful just to sit and watch them walk around there. The people working there were great and friendly and the food was good. The rooms were nice with big beds and a comfortable... More

We planned to visit the lodge with friends for our Easter getaway as we checked out Tsavo west National park just to tick off the bucket list. The lodge is very well placed on a hillside giving you a great views of the rhino valley where wildlife converges... You wont miss to catch Elephants crossing by everyday and at night... More

The lodge, located on top of a hillside high above the tropical countryside, is surely a place worth spending a night. The dining terrace offers a magnificent view of the Tsavo West park. While eating your breakfast or lunch you can observe elephants and other wild beasts drinking from a nearby pond. However, if you want to see them well,... More

A great situation in Tsavo West Park but unfortunately, a bit tired. Needs some TLC around the edges particularly the Honeymoon Room (The Rock Room). The front family rooms are better. Good restaurant service and bar service.

Wonderful location in a beautiful park. Comfortable rooms and beds, but some bedside lights would be nice - why not small solar lights? since the generator goes off and some like to continue reading. We were very impressed with the solar hot water system . The Rock Room/Honeymoon Suite needs refurbishment. Food was mediocre but plentiful, and the service was... More

this is just beautiful! 4 hrs of electricity, you better be quick doing your stuff at night, but anyway that's why you would choose this place... for its wilderness and the amazing safari experience around! by the time you get back at night you're ready to collapse and silence in darkness is all you can wish for. the views from...
