We stayed one night at the hotel having come from a long safari. We requested for a late check out (11 a.m.) and the receptionist agreed. What she didn't tell us is that breakfast would be served till 10 a.m. So on checking out we asked about breakfast but were told we would have to pay for it. What a... More

First I did not know whether there was a better hotel in Nakuru than my previous experience in this metropolitain town. What I loved most was the swimming pool and the terraces. The finishing on the walls and the ramboo furniture also caught my eyes. Am sure the owner or the designer knew what he was doing. A little bit... More

The only thing good here was the food. The room was noisy, sheets did not fit the bed, the mosquito nets looked like they had been dragged through the gutter. My main complaint is the noise level from the road which kept me awake all night. Exhausting! Apparently the rooms are being renovated so they might improve...

Visited the hotel for an early dinner and the service was very slow. The waiters though, are very friendly & quite smart. Ordered half a roast chick with salads & it was tasty. Had to wait a whole thirty plus minutes though, before it was ready. A nice place to have roast chicken in Nakuru but you need to have... More

The hotel is situated conveniently near the Nakumatt Westgate Mall. The staff were very friendly and the hotel very clean. While i was there, there were many other workshops going on and yet they still managed to serve good food. The meat balls are to die for! This hotel seems popular for meetings and slightly cheaper than other hotels in... More

This is an extremely poor service hotel for the price they charged. had to stay there for 2 weeks and unless you are just suing conference rooms, it is not a place to stay or even eat really. Customer service is extremely poor, no mosquito nets, you have to ask. In short - terrible experience and place

Shabby, INCREDIBLY NOISY, no secure parking, filthy tiny pool, no lift, etc etc etc. 8000 KES for a Saturday night was about 5000 KES overpriced. Located nowhere near the Lakeside but beside a shopping centre next to the main through-road (how many trucks pass through Nakuru - incredible!). Depending on your preference, you can ask for either a road view... More

First of all, this hotel is NOT located in Lake Nakuru National Park, as written in the adress. It is located in the center of Nakuru City. A great place to stay for one night - remember to chose the rooms from 115 up to 130 as they are newly re-furbished and not worn out as the other rooms. Room... More
