We had a nice room complete with mosquito netting (there were not many of the bugs around). Clean and spacious. The meals were served in a beautiful round structure and we thought the food was quite good. We went to this lodge at the end of our visit to Kenya, and the National Park was a little bit of a... Found my way to this place so easily from Eldoret and had three wonderful nights here. The most catching moment in this place is the night fame drive that was arranged by the camp manager,we had good view of the"African"kangaroos which are small animals the size of wild rabbits and they hope on 2 legs.Meals at the camp is highly of... This camp is very easy to get to from Nakuru on the new tarmac from Pipeline Rd. It has a bush feel to it and the staff are friendly and helpful. It does lack some basics though - no electric power in the rooms so you can't charge 'phones or use a hairdryer. It has solar lighting though and the... More

This was our first stop on safari in Kenya and Tanzania and we found it quiet and charming. The cottages are private, comfortable and very romantic. The food was great and plentiful, although the bar service was a bit slow (seeing there were only 6 guests at the time). The staff were friendly and courteous, although it was a it... More

I stayed at the camp, and the service of staff was good. I tried to change booking issues with the Nairobi office, and talked to a lady soo full of herself by the name of Susan. Not only did she hang up on me twice, she stated its the company policy. I did a follow up with the operational manager... More

Dear Mr Job K. We have noted your tripadvisor post with great concern for the following reasons: 1. We had agreed that you would visit our offices so that we could address your concerns. But you have not shown up to date. 2. This problem appears to stem from a conversation with Susan in our office, she has a completely... More

I would never recommend this lodge if you care about your life and the life of your family. Past December 2013 I took my two sisters and my mother to Mbweha camp. On our second night at the lodge my mother suffered food poisoning after having fish over dinner. Symptoms started around midnight with severe vomiting and diarreas . Being... More

This is our third time we stayed at the lodge, the rooms have improved, nicer and cleaner and better lights. Food is good, not the best but ok. The only drawback of the place is the breakfast is a bit poor for this kind of lodge and the money you pay for it. Service is great and all staff want... More

An absolutely amazing experience in the African wilderness....the bedrooms with their four-poster beds and an outdoor bath were a real treat, especially after a long day in the national park. Better still, the staff were attentive and friendly and made every effort to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. After a lovely dinner, we enjoyed a few drinks by... More

All was OK but frustrating that because the Camp is just outside the park you can only enter once paying steep $80 per person fees and once you leave you cannot return even in the same day-- so a game drive of 2 hours becomes $100/hour game drive and in just one drive you are not likely to see what... The camp is located very close to Rhino Gate entrance to Lake Nakuru, the most likely place to spot the white and black rhinos, as well as the flocks of flamingos. Both the rhinos and the flamingos are undoubtedly the main reason to visit Lake Nakuru and pay the hefty $80.00 entrance fee. Besides being perfectly located, the facilities are... More
