We stayed at Beresheet for 24 hours (2 adults and 2 teens in two rooms). The family had a wonderfully relaxing time in a magnificent hotel in a very special location. It was certainly worth the effort to travel to Mitzpe Ramon from Tel Aviv. The rooms are superbly appointed, comfortable and quiet, and the views are spectacular; the staff... More

Second time at hotel. I had a great pleasure in meeting the life guard stuff. Mosheer Fowler. Big smile. Very courteous. Arranged chairs and towels. Socked me ( good sock ) refused to take TIP from me. The place is heaven. Food great. Relaxing place. I have traveled the world and israel. This hotel is the #1 hotel - spa... More

The Beresheet Hotel is a unique mixture of villas, some one story and a few with 2-stories; separate upper and lower residences. The one-story villas have a private wading pool and absolutely wonderful accommodations and appurtenances. The location is unique. At the very edge of huge canyon-like, crater, replete with mountainous areas, deserts, rock formations, etc. There is even the... More

I went there with my wife for one night. The place is absolutely beautiful and the room was perfect. We truly enjoyed the tea herbs growing in the garden. The food was delicious (both dinner and breakfast). I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet romantic vacation. I truly hope to come back soon.

Beresheet means the beginning, but is also the Hebrew name for the book of Genesis; the revelation sets upon you once you realize the hotel sits right on top of the Ramon Crater, certainly one of the most beautiful sites in Israel, and obviously the centerpiece of the hotel's character; food was both excellent and varied, and it was clear... Beresheet hotel is truly an unusual hotel. Everything from the scenery surrounding the hotel, to the staff's extraordinary helpful and aiming to please approach, is extraordinary. The rooms are beautifully furnished and spacious. The food is great and the view's from the rooms overlooking the crater is like nothing you'll see anywhere in the world. Although not cheap, this hotel... More

Spectacular location, incredible view, really an oasis in the desert, this is unlike any other hotel in Israel. There were, however, some issues with service, which were unfortunate. Despite the fact that the standard rooms have fold out sofa beds, we were not allowed to book one for 2 adults and our 18 year old son, so we booked a... More

Unique setting and remarkable accomodations. We spent two nights and could not get enough of the desert , the silence , the views. The property is like no other blending luxury and amenities with thout ever clashing with the landscape. The staff is courteous and attentive especially during the meals. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and offered a immense... More
