Hotel was besutiful... Nothing to do there besides sit at pool and look at crater.. But if that's what u enjoy its majestic.... Hotel should not allow kids.. But they do.. Kids have nothing to do there... Food was delicious... Worth spending the extra money and getting private pool...

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! We had a crater top room but do to a sand storm could see nothing. I wouldn't spend the extra money for that. The food and service was wonderful.

the hotel is great, the location is marvelous and the service is wonderful. dinner is very good, although the desserts are not so good. you can sit for hours on the balcony, watching the special view. price is high, but the experience is unique.
