I reserved two rooms for my large family - we were put at opposite sides of the hotel. At check in the could not help me. I was on the fourth floor - No elevator. The "heated" pool was just above freezing. Very disappointing!!!

The desert is cold at the autumn evenings. The hotel is cozy and fits excellently to families. Very nice for wide family gathering ! It is not the local practice to have a paid Wifi rather than free Wifi. There are bicycle for rent. I would expect that this would be free.

This interesting inn is located at the entrance to Mizpe Ramon town in the southern part of Israel. The hotel's location can serve beautifullt all visitors who come to enjoy the Israeli desert and especially the Ramon's Crater - the biggest of its kinds. The hotel is interesting because once it was a poor long building with many small apartments.... More

A short walk from the Ramon Crater, this modern hotel is beautifully appointed with large suites available (separate bedrooms, living room ,kitchen and dining room!). All amenities available including an Olympic size swimming pool with steam room, exercise room, etc. Nightly entertainment in lobby-free wif-fi. Very helpful staff. And the restaurant is superb. A must stay if you're in the... More

Came to the hotel with a group of 180 bicycle riders. We took over the entire hotel for two nights. Sima the GM made sure all of our special needs were arranged for in advance, and all ran smooth. The food and beverage department preformed amicably, from a Friday night dinner for over 200 people and through the rest of... More

This is an old building with lots of charm. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. The staff always willing to assist.Fantastic restaurant and lounge bar. There is no elevator but plenty of parking outside.A good base for visiting the many attractions in the area.Highly recommended. Suitable for both tourists and business travellers.

The Isrotel Ramon Inn was a big disappointment. When we arrived our bus driver told us the hotel was converted from housing for new immigrants- a bad sign to begin with. Upon entering there was a smell that seemed to be trying to mask another smell. When we got our room assignment we were shocked to discover that there was... More

The accommodation here is not fantastic. But it is comfortable and adequate for the visit. The food is of a higher standard and seeing you need to book dinner and breakfast with your stay this is much appreciated. 3 star bedrooms. Four star public areas and five star food. Very nice service and after dinner a pianist in the lounge... More

This hotel is really cute. We had a really nice time all together. Great food and really nice staff. The only thing that bothered us was the pool was indoor so when the kids were yelling it echoed and was really loud. (This hotel has TONS of kids..) and no elevators which if your old or cant climb up a few... More

Our two night stay here was a bit disappointing. The room was a good size but pretty old, worn and dirty. The Air Con did not work in the first room they gave us, so after some time, we moved to another room. Moving luggage around the hotel was not easy with no elevators and only stairs. The breakfast was... More
