We were at the hotel for two nights. We did not arrived to the hotel with high-level expectations and therefore not disappointed. Very basic hotel. The room was very simple. Old type iron base bed and mattress too hard. Except kettle and small fridge had no facilities. Basic food and a reasonable selection of dishes. The staff at the hotel... More

We booked a package that included 2 nights in the hotel & two trips to the desert. The trips were the good part of the package, they were well organized and very interesting. The hotel itself was not that good... The room are not small, but their were not very clean, the service was not as polite as you expect... More

I travel quite a lot. Usually I have my standards, criteria and demands. Something missing, damaged or disappointing and I can be a cruel critic. This review is different. If you are looking for a perfect hotel with excellent maintenance, armies of employees and the smell of high class. Not much needs repair (the reception was not rainproof) , a... More

We bought a weekend package, which includes 2 nights, full board and guided travels in the Crater and surroundings. The hotel is a little bit Spartan, with spacious rooms but empty - almost no furniture... Bathrooms are small and water are leaking horizontally from the faucet. The full board meals were reasonable. The Safari trip in the crater is terrific,... More

We came for one night as it was on our way south. We liked Mitzpe ramon as a place to see the crater and the visitor center. The hotel is old, dirty, the lobby has cigratte smell all over it even tough it clearley says no smoking The shower was so disgusting we skipped the shower. Breakfast is mediocre at... More

If you're looking for a place with a family atmosphere. Club Ramon is a great place to stay while exploring The Ramon crater and the Negev Hills . Traveling in their safari trucks or jeeps and taking short walks make you very tired and ready for a good night's sleep Cat Club Ramon

This is our second visit to Club Ramon hotel. The first time we went to watch the "falling stars". The place was full to the last room despite the negative reviews we had seen. When you compare the prices, it is certainly a good deal, and my heart told me there was a mean spirit behind the reviews. We were... More

In early August, every year, the Earth passes through the Perseids (meteorites) and the night sky is ablaze with many "shooting stars". The best place to see them is at a location with very clear and non-polluted air, high altitude, and low intensity urban light pollution - all the ingredients you can find in Mizpe Ramon, on the lip of... I'd went with my now in-laws a couple of years back so I didn't really get a say with where we would put up since the booked us as a group. It's been two years something and yet the stay sticks out in my mind and not in a good way. How do I start? The rooms were small, TV... More
