Average property, quite large rooms and bathroom, comfortable, but lacks charm. Not very suitable location as you have to take taxi for trips to old town. Would not recommend for individual travellers.

Stayed here as part of a group. The hotel was full, they gave us rooms in a separate area. The room was good size but it was noisy as the tour buses park outside of the window. Room itself was not pleasant. It was old, kitsch and a bit run down. Zircon ws very noisy too. The food was open... More

I have noticed that Iranian staff, while speaking Persian, can be really polite, hospitable and accommodating, but when they have to speak to you in English, they come out as most arrogant, impolite and inhospitable people in the world. Front desk staff had nothing to say except yes/no. Everything went wrong from the beginning. They moved us to the old... More

The guide books all say that this hotel is really great. The setting is very opulent, but it's only skin deep. The rooms are quiet, and the wi-fi so-so. Big breakfast room, with a fairly strange breakfast (lots of selection, however.) There is a little coffee shop in the 'garden' section, which we tried. Unfortunately, smoking is allowed in its... I do not know if there are any other options in Yazd, however we arrived at the peak of the season hence we got the last room available in Safaiyeh. We've stayed here back in 2012 and i must say that a lot has changed since then. The hotel has gone through a fair bit of renovation and facilities have... More

Although the hotel building is new but its built with a traditional architecture. In compare with Daad and Laleh hotels that the building is old and has been built for many years. The servants are polite and kind, rooms are faire, but the hotel is crowded. I found an empty table for breakfast hardly. No doubt its the best place... More

Everything is good in this hotel. Warm and sweet . but they have a poor internet and it is not free!! I think they must change their mind about the internet. Also they have 2 kind of rooms. In the main building and in rhe yard of hotel. Both are good. But if you have car i suggest the yard... More

The hotel is nice with very friendly staff, but without fuss. When we arrived we had a problem with the rooms and they immediately helped us change rooms without the slightest inconvenience. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the bed is comfortable. All in all it is a good place to stay.
