When we searches hotel in Yazd on Trip Advisor site, we have fallen in love with yard of the hotel. After arrival we realized that love is true :-) After walking through Yazd old town, we were always impatient to reach hotel and to lay on the carpet in the yard and heal ourselves :-) Stuff is excelent, one of... I would recommend this place as a great option for budget travellers. In expensive yazd this place gives you everything you need for a reasonable price. Good location, helpful staff, clean. The courtyard is beautiful and relaxed - a nice place to relax

This hotel is nicely situated in the old town of Yazd, and close to most major attraction. The rooftop has very nice view of the old town, the food is okay, the service is very standard, and the receptionists need to be trained more in hospitality : when I just enter the lobby Hotel at around 9 PM, the receptionist... Stayed here one night. Our room was overlooking the garden, which was extremely noisy, as people could sit on the beds in the garden right in front of our window. There were people up all night, and children screaming at night and in the morning. Our hotel door was still ajar even when we closed it fully, which makes you... More

We had no booking but got the room we needed for one night; it was clean and comfortable. The location is good, you can easily walk to most major attractions in the city. The hotel is very elegant with bricks and stone making up the majority of the surface area of the hotel

This nice hotel is situated in Yazd. The hotel is built like a traditional hotel around a very fancy courtyard with small fountains, a lot of greenery, and two macaws that were perched on mid-sized branches. The hotel is very elegant with bricks and stone making up the majority of the surface area of the hotel, with spiral staircases from... More

Great hotel, possibly my favourite out of all the Iranian hotels I stayed in (other than the caravanserai in Zein-o-Din). The traditional houses are not luxury hotels, but they are clean and comfortable. Kohan also had a limitless supply of tea in a wonderful courtyard where you can retire in the heat of the afternoon to relax. It is perfectly... More

We were 4 people, stayed at the room with 6 beds only for us, paid 600,000 Rials per night, spent 2 nights, they gave us a big discount, we compared other hotels near this place like Silk Road hotel, but we couldn't find any better option than Kohan hotel. The lady at the reception speaks good English, nice refri, nice... More

We stayed some days in this traditional hotel. We found it to be very nice, clean and comfortable. It is a familiy run business which is important to us. We really enjoyed the quiet and beautiful courtyard where you can simply enjoy the surrounding and use the free Wifi. The breakfast ist very nice and they also serve food there.... More

The courtyard setting is always a winner though the 14 bed dorm was a bit plain and the mattresses were very thin so I was glad that the place was empty so I could sleep with 2, and when I was there in July the air conditioning really needed to be one. The food they served was good and the... More
