Short getaway .. Lovely seafront pool view. Hotel rooms are getting old. Filled with Asian. Food ain't cheap. Tourists price for food. Price could have been adjusted to attract hotel guest. A trip out to the mall or seafood joint is more worth.

The hotel is relatively new and quite close to the shopping areas in Tanjung Pinang, and it is also just a short walk away from Rimba supermarket and 999 Pasar Malam. The rooms are quite big and spacious. Suites have a bath tub and mini fridge, while a standard rooms do not. The shower was a bit of a problem... More

The hotel staff were great and pretty helpful. The massage parlor was just average. The hotel room's air con was not powerful enough to chill the room. The weather is crazy hot. The shower water had no heater and had to make do with cold water.

Bintan island itself is a beautiful destination, easily accessible, I caught the hourly boat from Singapore and that was no hassle. The hotel/resort has many great features, the food was lovely, the staff were kind and the room was a good size, with a balcony. The main feature of this hotel is that there are many activities to do in... More

This resort was beautiful. Just what my husband & I need to recharge our batteries. It has a beautifully secluded beach & was very relaxing . The staff & hotel itself were wonderful! The only downfall was it was on the expensive side which we did not expect on an Indonesian Island.

Have been staying in this hotel couple of times. Recent stay was nice with the newly refurbished room, big and clean. Free bus to bring you to nearby kelong restaurant for seafood dinner (they have set menu for 2 but price have went up a bit, ~S$100+. The pool is my fav cos facing the sea nearby, very relaxing n... The hotel is new and the price is very reasonable for such quality. Most of the other budget hotels in Tanjung Pinang are old and run-down, but this one is quite exceptional. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. Breakfast was okay. The hotel is located not too far from the city center. In fact, it is quite near to the... More

A great variety of dining options were available at this resort. We loved the Japanese and Korean options. The no-frill rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The welcome drinks and show were a nice surprise. The resort is beautiful and facilities offered many fun things for the kids to do such as archery, target practice and bowling. The infinity... overall, it was an ok stay. the staff were cordial and it was a generally satisfactory stay apart from one simple incident which really made the trip end on a dis-tasteful note. Bus timings for check out guests to the ferry terminal was a huge mess up - this was the most irritating portion of the whole stay, although my... More
