I came here with stormy weather, the resort swimming pool is flooded. We have to walked across it and the room is so bad to me as the balcony are all wet. No floor rug to step on. Ants crawling around and toilet is simple untill water everywhere. I don't recommend this place. Breakfast is lousy.

The staff were friendly and there was one guy, Padi, who was outstanding in terms of customer service. The view from our rooms over the lake was breathtaking. However, we faced some issues with the hot water in the shower. It would come about intermittently and it was difficult to take a shower comfortably because of that. Overall, it was... More

I'm not sure there are many better hotels on Samosir and the pool area and the restaurant are nice. The staff are generally friendly although sometimes you're watching five of them doing nothing whilst trying for 3 mins to attract their attention. However the rooms could do with a lot of improvement. I had two rooms over my stay as... More

Pros: This place is located right on the water, within a 45 minute ferry ride from Parapat, within easy walking distance to local restaurants and a couple of bars, but the villas do need some cash injection to freshen up the place. The pools are lovely to sit at with a cool Bintang. The food is cheap and tasty. Free... More

One of the newest hotel in Tuktuk Siadong. Clean room but starting to show lots of wear and tear. To be fair there are new rooms being built at the new wing. With the new wing there are becoming less and less open space which is really a let down if you have been here prior. Try to come during... More

Truly a beautiful property. Stairs are kinda steep though and not easy for senior citizens. Rooms are clean and pleasant although badly in need of a fan as it can be quite warm and stuffy. Bfast menu the same 2 days in a row. Fresh fruit was nice.... fried rice and noodles ...boring. A good cook who cooks with passion... More

Stay for One night. With a triple room, facing lake. However the room is without fan or air conditioner made I slept with sweat. Highly suggest the breakfast can make earlier from 730am to 630/7am as many visitors alike us will depart earlier to Berastagi.

We're staying in a double room which was actually it bigger then what we expected. The room, the pools and the hotel is clean. The people were also friendly and helpful. The meals tasted not bad with the reasonable price tag. Sitting on the room terrace either in the morning or at the evening to enjoy the wide view of... More
