I have been many times visited Samosir Island..but this resort is best one on location wise..wow..got so many x factors that make this resort my family first choice to stay when visiting Samosir island. I could sit for hours on their wooden chair at the cafe while enjoying my breakfast n the stunning breath taking.view.Toba lake. This resort best choice... More

So here is how the con works. This is my second experience with same situation. I booked directly with the hotel 2 percent ee. I ask for the same room as I stay before with my mum. No problem but because it is peak season we have to charge 500000Rp for the room. No problem I said. So we arrive... More

We arrived after dark, enjoying the beautiful sunset on the ferry ride over from Ajibata (we took our car across to Samosir Island with us). Arrived at the resort to find my booked room was allocated to someone else (no ID check was required) but luckily there was another family room available. Was a bit annoyed to find that I... More

- Jetski, kayak and a swim in the lake is at your doorstep. - Local fisherman sells live lobsters at a bargain. Hotel restaurant agrees to cook and serve. - The pavilion with traditional roof is a good place to enjoy your evening over drinks, snacks and small talks. Come here early morning for an hour of peaceful meditation follow... More

I came here with stormy weather, the resort swimming pool is flooded. We have to walked across it and the room is so bad to me as the balcony are all wet. No floor rug to step on. Ants crawling around and toilet is simple untill water everywhere. I don't recommend this place. Breakfast is lousy.

If you don't ask for any services, this is pretty ok. But honestly, I wouldn't want to come back to this. No air conditioning but the fan was good enough for us at this cooling weather. No dual key system hence locking the room is the issue when my wife needs to be the room with kids and I am... More

We had the worst stay of our life. 1. We were given room 70 when partial renovation was still going on outside our room. Contractors had to quickly wash the area before we can go in. The entrance area and stepping cloth was dirty. (See attached pictures) 2. Request to change room but duty manager says there are no more... More

The staff were friendly and there was one guy, Padi, who was outstanding in terms of customer service. The view from our rooms over the lake was breathtaking. However, we faced some issues with the hot water in the shower. It would come about intermittently and it was difficult to take a shower comfortably because of that. Overall, it was... More

I'm not sure there are many better hotels on Samosir and the pool area and the restaurant are nice. The staff are generally friendly although sometimes you're watching five of them doing nothing whilst trying for 3 mins to attract their attention. However the rooms could do with a lot of improvement. I had two rooms over my stay as... More

Pros: This place is located right on the water, within a 45 minute ferry ride from Parapat, within easy walking distance to local restaurants and a couple of bars, but the villas do need some cash injection to freshen up the place. The pools are lovely to sit at with a cool Bintang. The food is cheap and tasty. Free... More
