The hotel just 3 stars standard not 4 stars as customers respected. The room was ok, their service not bad and breakfast did not lots of choices. We booked 4 rooms standard room with mountain view. The location near beach and Imperial shopping mall. Their price was good and restaurant was ok.

Stayed here for 2 nights on May, it is quite expensive and the services in general is not what we expected. At the check in desk we got to wait for almost one hour, understood they had a numbers of late check out. Requested one big bed and was given two beds room. Asked for one extra pilow and turned... We arrived late in the evening and upon check in, the staff requested to hold our passport. She insisted that was the hotel's policy but we found out later that she just need the photocopy instead of the passport itself. The staff was very rude and not helpful. We were pretty disappointed with the service level.

This hotel is not for westerners ...lovely buffet in the morning but no western food and you have to fight chinese tourists who think a buffet is to overload your plate at any cost. I requested two wake up calls whilst i was there and each time they did not ring...after asking why at counter no apology and it was... More

Spent one night in this hotel for visiting Christ of Vũng Tàu. There are not many nice hotels in Vung Tau so I didnt expect much. Check in was okay, but the lobby is quite oddly designed, and the elevators is smoking hot. The room got only the basic stuff, bed, AC, TV and bathroom. Thats pretty much it. However... More

I liked the bed, memory foam pillow and linens. The bathroom was sort of beat-up. Not fully on ratty, but not spic and span. The room was quite clean. Mini-bar is VERY REASONABLY PRICED! Bags of chips / crisps for about 8,000 VND and cold cans of Heineken for 25,000 VND was great to have available. I really enjoyed the... More

We came here during our summer vacation. We came up with this one as many of our friends recommended it. The rooms here are quite nice, good facilities, rather new, compared to those in the area. usually, hotels at the beach are usually smelly, but this one is not. It's rather clean inside out. The swimming pool is big, with... More

Stayed here the first week it opened in June 1996. Nothing has changed, service poor, rooms tatty, ours was a 'mountain view"== windows overlooking half built building. No hairdryer(for wife not me) no tissues, the basic of room furniture. Breakfast average catering to Asian tastes. This place needs a refurbishment. NEVER gain, left after one night to a 5 star hotel... More
