Stayed for 1 night for a friend wedding. 1st time coming to Vietnam and don't know what to expect. After about 2 hours bus trip from Ho Chi Minh City, we arrived at this well located front-of-the beach hotel. price is good for a 4-star, hotel staff is really good - well prepared, helpful & has good initiatives. You can... More

This hotel really good for those who are looking for a comfortable place to stay. Either it's for business or leisure. Almost all the staffs can speak english, and they are very helpful in helping out whatever needs you may need. They are also very familiar with the places in vung tau. They can certainly help you out. The hotel... More

Well located, not too expensive, clean and comfortable. Excellent service and enjoyable breakfast. The only huge disappointment was the massage parlour: lousy to the extent that after 10 minutes I left

Stayed at the hotel for a business trip. Checked in for one night. Hotel staff extremely friendly, and were well prepared for my arrival. Hotel is old, pictures from the hotel website might show otherwise. For Vung Tau, its good standard and very clean, But you get that old misty smell regardless. Location is perfect. Less that 5 minute walk... More

I was traveled again to Vung Tau after almost than two years from my last visit. Unfortunately the hydrofoil is no longer operated. So I traveled by car for more than 3 hours, very bored experience rather than hydrofoil. But all my disappointed waived in this hotel. Arrived at 5PM then I can see a beautiful sunset trough my window.... More

I sstayed in this hotel during two business trips. The location is good just a few meters from the beach. The neighborhood is noisy, full of bars. Quality of breakfast is average. The staff are friendly and helpful but because of the noise, this hotel is good for one or two nights not fo a long stay.

Palace Hotel has some advantages due to its location. About 10 minutes walk to ferry terminal, surrounded by bars and restaurants, proximity to beautiful seaside (try to spend the evening by walking along the water front). However it also has downside, it's quite noisy due to all activities around the neighborhood. I stayed here around 1 week before moved to... More

While working in Vung Tau I stayed in the hotel for just over 3 weeks. The staff are very friendly, in fact I travel a lot with my work and would put the staff at the Palace right up there at the top of my list for being friendly and very helpful. The staff even helped me out and did... More

Stayed at this property late April 2014. Good location, just 150m from sea wall, and handy to most attractions in Vung Tau. Reception area of the hotel is quite "welcoming", staff friendly and courteous. First room I was given was a smoking - when it was meant to be non-smoking. Got changed to another room which was "non-smoking" - but... More
