good location and beach across street. But big price swings depending on the night you stay. don't go on Saturday to Vung Tau because it is far more expensive for a hotel. this hotel is nice enough at the lower price. lousy breakfast, nice little lobby bar, clean room and friendly staff. some rooms have good views.

Very clean, next to the beach, good wi-fi, very good breakfast. Don't try to order cocktails from the bar if you're thirsty :) The guys over there are hardly working on a cocktail between 10 and 30 minutes! Otherwise, it's a great value for money hotel!
