This is a fantastic hotel and very large from front of street to the reception breakfast area.Swimming pool is fantastic and large. Breakfast was great . We booked a large family room with kitchen as we were travelling with our young son .Problem was no cutlery or crockery with signs saying no cooking in the room although there was a... More

Front desk staff don't know how to greet guests, did not even know that that we were coming. We had to provide proof of our booking. We booked a Deluxe room which should have a balcony based on their website but was given a room without one. We queried them about this and their response was that we did not... More

Rooms were clean and we were lucky to have a big balcony / terrace with two sun loungers. However, no close beach access (a really long walk or more realistically a taxi ride away), poor breakfast (greasy cutlery, nothing left in fruit stands, messy coffee station, only really eggs to offer which isn't great for the price) and inattentive staff... We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Our room was air conditioned, clean, and was well stocked with bottled water. But what really makes this hotel so bad are the room and it's location. The rooms are small, the area around the hotel is very noisy and complex, which can not be good for the rest of my vacation.... More

I woudl rate this average at the best. The place has a ton of potential but its a little spendy for the area. It has a great view but we didnt have a view room. The breakfast was super average. Ok beds ... Now the positives: cute little place to eat just down the driveway, really nice clean pool. Good... More

free Wi-Fi in all rooms= no WIFI at all, free or not, no safe in room, breakfast below average and i did not get a sea view but thats ok, how this hotel is ranked 6th with 47% is beyond me!, terrible bed also-hard and cannot move without incredible noise, not worth the money or visit

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was great. The views from our balcony were fantastic. I had an accident soon after arrival, and for the week of our stay the staff were attentive and anxious about my injury. We liked the beds, but we prefer a hard bed, so may not have suited everyone. Some of the... More

Beds are hard and uncomfortable to sleep on however, rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the hotel room was beautiful. Staff are friendly but speak very little or no English. It was very hard to communicate to the staff. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again but would look elsewhere for better options.
